The disclosure is directed to methods and systems for provisioning mobile electric vehicles with various operational settings data transmitted over the air. A vehicle or its components may operate according to operational settings corresponding to operational settings data included in the vehicle components. A server that is remote to the vehicle may comprise operational settings data and may transmit operational settings data to the vehicle. The server may transmit operational settings data automatically, such as on a periodic basis, in response to a request, such as from a user or from a vehicle component or anytime new or updated operational settings data are available for the vehicle or its components.

A battery module includes battery stack (2) including a plurality of stacked battery cells (1), a pair of end plates (3) disposed at both end parts in a stacking direction of battery stack (2), bind bar (4) in which the pair of end plates (3) are coupled, and electronic circuit block (6) mounted with voltage detection circuit (22) that detects a voltage of battery cells (1). Electronic circuit block (6) is disposed on an outer surface of both end plates (3) disposed at both end parts of battery stack (2), and electronic circuit block (6) is connected to battery cells (1) via voltage detection line (19).

Electronic circuit block (6) is disposed on an outer surface of both end plates (3) disposed at both end parts of battery stack (2), and electronic circuit block (6) is connected to battery cells (1) via voltage detection line (19).

The vehicle (100) includes a transport refrigeration unit (10), a power management system (20) for supplying power to the transport refrigeration unit (10), and a braking system (30). The power management system (20) includes an electric charging connector (26) and controller (24) configured to determine if a charging cable is engaged with the electric charging connector (26). If the controller (24) determines that a charging cable is engaged with the electric charging connector (26), the braking system (30) is configured to immobilise the vehicle (100).

The automatic transfer switch includes: a first switch unit having a first end connected to a first device through a converter port, and a second end electrically connected to a power grid through a power grid port; a second switch unit having a first end connected to a second device through an electric vehicle port and a charging/discharging circuit unit, and a second end electrically connected to the second end of the first switch unit; a third switch unit, having a first end electrically connected to the power grid through the power grid port, and a second end electrically connected to a load through a load port; a sampling unit; and a control unit connected to the sampling unit.
