STRUCTURE OF BARBELL HANGER
A barbell hanger includes: a vertical tube with a ground end, a top end and a tube body portion; plural barbell positioning portions are arranged at the tube body portion; the connecting end of a transverse tube has a first locking tray lock-positioned with the tube body portion; the extending end of the horizontal tube has a second locking tray; a pull-up operating frame is horizontally disposed below the horizontal tube, including the cross bar as well as the mounting end locking plate and the extended end locking plate; the mounting end locking plate is assembled in the vertical rectangular tube, and a relative relation of the locking surface between the extended end locking plate and the second locking tray is level with each other; two corner reinforcing plates are respectively disposed at cross bars and corners connected with the mounting end locking plate and extended end locking plate.
Neuromuscular activation vertical exercise device and method
A vertical exercise device for triggering sympathetic and/or parasympathetic system responses comprising at least one foot support and a handlebar assembly. The foot support(s) may have a support surface configured to contact the entire ball of a user's foot during use, which may be inclined at an angle and substantially flat. The handlebar assembly may have at least an upper handle configuration and a lower handle configuration, and be adapted to keep a user's wrist within a safe range of motion during use. The positioning and orientation of foot support(s) and the handlebar assembly may each be independently adjustable in various aspects, such as horizontal and vertical displacement, rotation, tilt, angle, etc. The angle and depth of the support surface may each be independently adjustable. A horizontal vibration system may move one or more components of the device along the horizontal plane. Handlebars may have thumb plates to restrict grip.
SPORTS EQUIPMENT COMPRISING A GUY LINE AND A MEASURING APPARATUS FASTENED TO THE GUY LINE
An item of sports equipment includes a guy line to which is applied a mechanical tension and which ensures the stability or the rigidity of the item of sports equipment. The sports equipment includes a measuring apparatus which is fastened to the guy line such that the guy line tension is applied to it, the measuring apparatus including a sensor adapted to deliver an electrical signal corresponding to representational information on the guy line tension. The measuring apparatus is fastened to the guy line all the time, making it possible to obtain representational information on the guy line tension at any instant.
Rocker exercise apparatus with enhanced stability and user safety
An exercise apparatus designed to rock on a ground surface and support a user in one of a plurality of positions with enhanced stability and user safety is provided. The exercise apparatus includes a pair of side plates coupled together by a plurality of rods and disposed on the ground surface, each side plate having an upper surface with a concave shape and a lower surface having a convex shape that contacts the ground surface and permits a lateral rocking movement of the side plate, the lower surface of each side plate having a pair of fins extending from opposing ends toward the ground surface. The user grabs any number of the plurality of rods to maneuver the side plates within the permitted range of lateral movement, thereby enabling the user to perform the variety of exercises in the plurality of supported positions.
Pivoting Weight Arm Assembly
A weight arm assembly for use with a weight lifting rack is provided, the weight arm assembly including a mounting bracket configured to be attached to a vertical surface in a fixed position, an arm mount configured to be coupled to the mounting bracket so as to be pivotable about a first axis, a stop member coupled to the arm mount and configured to move between an engaged position to prevent pivoting of the arm mount through interaction with the mounting bracket, and a disengaged position to allow pivoting of the arm mount, and a weight arm configured to be coupled to the arm mount, proximate a first end of the weight arm, so as to be pivotable about a second axis substantially orthogonal to the first axis.
Exercise Apparatus
An exercise apparatus that is adapted for use with a leg exercising machine on a surface, the exercise apparatus includes a support beam having a longitudinal axis, the support beam including a proximal end portion and an opposing distal end portion with the longitudinal axis spanning therebetween, wherein there is also a means for removably engaging the support beam proximal end portion to the leg exercising machine. Further included in the exercise apparatus is a grasping arm having a first end portion and an opposing second end portion with a lengthwise axis spanning therebetween, the first end portion is affixed to the distal end portion, wherein operationally an individual user of the leg exercising machine grasps with their hand the arm for stability and support to effect a soft skeletal joint support wherein the user can engage in upper body exercise as well using the arm.
Exercise bar with hexagonal grip
A device and method of use thereof provide a gripping element having a hexagonal cross-section. A weightlifting bar having a hexagonal circumference forming non-circular, substantively planar surfaces enables weight training. A pull up bar or other bar attached to a structure, wherein the gripping surface has a hexagonal circumference forming six surfaces enables gymnastic exercise. A kettle bell, a dumbbell and/or barbell exercise equipment each present a hexagonal circumference forming six planar surfaces. A structure or equipment presenting the gripping element may include knurled portions and/or smoothed portions. The gripping element may be positioned on a curved bar.
Apparatuses for performing pull- or push-type manual exercises
An exercise apparatus is for push- or pull-type manual exercises and comprises an axially elongated bar having a free end and a transverse bore located proximate to the free end. A ball is coupled to the free end. A base connector transversely extends into the transverse bore. A fastener fastens the ball to the base connector to thereby couple the ball to the free end.
Two-piece connector devices, connector assemblies and methods of use
A connector assembly includes a connector device and a base part provided with a mounting face that defines a throughhole having a forming wall structure for receiving a bolt and for receiving and retaining the connector device. The connector device has a rear portion and a front portion engaged together for movement relative to one another, the rear portion defining a threaded bolt hole for engaging the bolt extending through the throughhole and having a driven element positioned thereon. The front portion defines an access opening for receiving the bolt. Engagement of the driven element moves the rear portion relative to the front portion such that the bolt hole is aligned with the access opening and receives a threaded end of the bolt.
