A rail and carrier system for first and second removable seats for a motor vehicle includes two lower rails fixedly attached to and positioned laterally along a floor of the motor vehicle. Two upper rails are nested with and laterally slidable within each of the first lower rails. Cross brackets are laterally spaced apart and arranged perpendicular to the upper rails. Covers are connected to and extend between the cross brackets. Spacers are located laterally between upper rails within the lower rails. The spacers include a first shoe located in the lower rail, a second shoe located in the lower rail, and a first bracket connecting the first shoe and second shoe. The first and second shoes prevent the upper rails from contacting each other.

A bracket for use in a rail and carrier system for a removable seat for a motor vehicle, the rail and carrier system having first and second lower rails, first and second upper rails nested within the first lower rail, third and fourth upper rails nested within the second lower rail, includes a generally U-shaped end that is substantially similar to a U-shaped cross-sectional profile of the first and second lower rails, the U-shaped end having a center portion and two upper portions, and a generally L-shaped extension extending from a bottom of the center portion, the L-shaped extension having a first portion that is attached to the one of the first and second lower rails and a second portion that extends upward from the first portion. The second portion blocks movement of one of the first, second, third, and fourth upper rails.

A bracket for use in a rail and carrier system for a removable seat for a motor vehicle, the rail and carrier system having first and second lower rails, first and second upper rails nested within the first lower rail, third and fourth upper rails nested within the second lower rail, includes a generally U-shaped end that is substantially similar to a U-shaped cross-sectional profile of the first and second lower rails, the U-shaped end having a center portion and two upper portions, and a generally L-shaped extension extending from a bottom of the center portion, the L-shaped extension having a first portion that is attached to the one of the first and second lower rails and a second portion that extends upward from the first portion. A removable seat for a motor vehicle includes two hook fasteners for removably attaching the seat to front strikers that are rotatable about a lateral axis through the front strikers. A bar extends between the first hook fastener and the second hook fastener that is parallel to the lateral axis. The bar contacts the cover to prevent further rotation when the seat is rotated about the lateral axis to prevent over-rotation of the seat.

A removable seat for a motor vehicle includes two hook fasteners for removably attaching the seat to front strikers that are rotatable about a lateral axis through the front strikers. A bar extends between the first hook fastener and the second hook fastener that is parallel to the lateral axis. The bar contacts the cover to prevent further rotation when the seat is rotated about the lateral axis to prevent over-rotation of the seat.

An auxiliary tractor seat for providing additional seating in a tractor cabin is provided herein. The auxiliary tractor seat includes a mounting plate defining one or more mounting holes, configured to receive an auxiliary tractor seat bolt, so as to couple the auxiliary tractor seat to tractor seat. A base plate is coupled to the mounting plate so as to provide a substantially flat seating surface. A lower seat back coupled to at least one of the mounting plate and the base plate, an upper seat back at least partially disposed above the lower seat back, and a hinge coupled to the lower seat back and the upper seat back so as to permit the upper seat back to transition from an upright position to a horizontal position. The auxiliary tractor seat is coupled to the tractor seat such that suspension supports the auxiliary seat and provides shock absorption.

An auxiliary tractor seat for providing additional seating in a tractor cabin is provided herein. The auxiliary tractor seat includes a mounting plate defining one or more mounting holes, configured to receive an auxiliary tractor seat bolt, so as to couple the auxiliary tractor seat to tractor seat. A seating arrangement for a vehicle having a cabin space is provided. The seating arrangement includes a vehicle, at least one front seat within the vehicle, and at least one rear seat arranged behind the at least one front seat of the vehicle. The at least one front seat is rigidly fixed to and suspended from a portion of the vehicle, thereby providing a free space underneath the at least one front seat, such that an occupant of the vehicle seated in the at least one rear seat is able to position at least a lower portion of one or both legs thereof in the free space underneath the at least one front seat. A flexible covering, such as bristles may be attached to the periphery of the vehicle floor opening, so that a driver's foot can pass from inside the vehicle cabin, to the ground outside the vehicle.

A seating arrangement for a vehicle having a cabin space is provided. The seating arrangement includes a vehicle, at least one front seat within the vehicle, and at least one rear seat arranged behind the at least one front seat of the vehicle.
