The invention relates to a vehicle seat comprising a seat part and a backrest part, the seat part being configured shell-shaped on the lower face, at least one front end of the seat part being displaceable forwards and upwards in a combined manner and the inclination of the seat part being adjustable by means of an adjustment movement of the seat part with respect to a seat support shell arranged below the seat part.

Seat trim structure, seat structure and seat mounting structure for a seat of a vehicle

The disclosure relates to a seat trim structure for a vehicle seat with at least a mounting element having a plurality of integrated retaining elements, a number of detachable support members, and a number of detachable trim elements. The support members may be detachably arranged to the mounting element and the integrated retaining elements may be configured to detachably retain the number of trim elements to the mounting element.

Power seat assembly

A seat assembly is provided and may include a base assembly, a first arm, a seat bottom assembly, a second arm, and an adjustment arm. The base assembly may be mounted to a vehicle. The first arm may be rotatably coupled to the base assembly and may be operable to rotate relative to the base assembly about a first axis of rotation. The seat bottom assembly may be rotatably coupled to the first arm and may be operable to rotate relative to the first arm about a second axis of rotation. The second arm may be rotatably coupled to the seat bottom assembly and may be operable to rotate relative to the seat bottom assembly about a third axis of rotation. The adjustment arm may include an adjustment mechanism, and may be rotatably coupled to the second arm and rotatably coupled to the base assembly. The adjustment mechanism may be operable to rotate the adjustment arm relative to the base assembly about a fourth axis of rotation.

SEAT CUSHION ADJUSTER, SEAT, AND ADJUSTMENT METHOD OF SEAT

A seat cushion adjuster in one aspect of the present disclosure comprises at least one bracket, at least one slider, and a plurality of interposing members. The plurality of interposing members is disposed between an inner wall of the at least one bracket and the at least one slider so as to interpose the at least one slider among the plurality of interposing members in an inner hollow portion of the at least one bracket. At least one interposing member of the plurality of interposing members comprises at least one supporting protrusion portion protruding toward the at least one bracket.

SEAT CUSHION ADJUSTER, SEAT, AND ADJUSTMENT METHOD OF SEAT

A seat cushion adjuster in one aspect of the present disclosure comprises at least one bracket, at least one slider, at least one first interposing member, and at least one second interposing member. The slider is inserted into an inner hollow portion of the bracket. The slider comprises a base plate part of a plate shape and a pair of raised parts. The pair of raised parts is raised from a pair of ends of the base plate part so as to be raised with respect to one surface of the base plate part. The first interposing member is disposed between an inner wall of the bracket and the slider. The second interposing member is disposed between the inner wall of the bracket and the slider so as to face the first interposing member.

Child safety seat

A child safety seat includes a seat shell having a seat portion and a backrest, the seat portion having a front end opposite to the backrest, and an extension member connected with the seat shell and having a forward end. The extension member is configurable between a first position where the forward end deploys forward away from the front end of the seat shell, and a second position in which the extension member is retracted toward or removed from the seat shell. The child safety seat has a rear facing configuration of installation, and the forward end of the extension member when in the first position is configured to provide abuttal contact against a seatback of the vehicle seat in the rear facing configuration.

Seat with pneumatic headrest and thigh adjustment

A pneumatically adjustable seat includes a seat frame having a seat back frame portion and a headrest coupled to the seat back frame portion. The headrest includes a resilient cushion. A drive assembly includes a contact member operatively associated with the resilient cushion. A first bladder is operatively coupled to the contact member and in fluid communication with a source of pressurized fluid. Inflation of the first bladder via the source of pressurized fluid extends the contact member from a first position nearer the seat back frame to a second position further from the seat back frame. A second bladder is operatively coupled to the contact member and in fluid communication with the source of pressurized fluid. Inflation of the second bladder via the source of pressurized fluid pivots the contact member away from an occupant of the seat.

ARTICULATING THIGH EXTENSION TRIM TENSIONING SLIDER MECHANISM

A vehicle seating assembly includes a seat frame, a first extendable member disposed on a forward portion of the seat frame and operable between an extended position and a retracted position. Each of the first and second extendable members comprises a movable housing, a trim cover stock disposed above an upper surface of housing and having a first fixed upper edge, an integrated track disposed on a lower surface of the housing, a trim payout slider operably coupled with the integrated track, a trim payout attachment operably coupled with the trim payout slider and operably coupled with a second lower movable edge of the trim cover stock, and a linkage system operatively coupling the movable housing to the trim payout attachment to maintain tension on the trim cover stock as either of the first and second extendable members is operated between the extended and retracted positions.

OVERMOLDED TRACK FOR AN INTEGRATED THIGH-EXTENSION OF A VEHICLE SEAT

A thigh-extension for a vehicle seat includes a metallic thigh-extension plate, an extension track defined by a low-friction resin overmolded onto the thigh-extension plate and a thigh-extension slider having an integral groove slidably engaged with the extension track to define a plurality of thigh-extension positions.

Seat cushion extension apparatus

A seat cushion extension apparatus comprises a slide rail disposed on a lower side of a cushion frame; an extension panel coupled to a front end of the slide rail and disposed on a front side of the cushion frame; an extension motor having a lead screw, disposed on the lower side of the cushion frame; a first hinge bracket coupled to the end of the slide rail and disposed at a rear upper side of the extension panel; and a second hinge bracket coupled to the end of the lead screw and disposed at a rear lower side of the extension panel, wherein the extension panel is configured to slide forward along the slide rail and to extend forward while rotating in a front upper direction through actuation of the lead screw driven by the extension motor.
