CONVERTIBLE SLAT-BASED BED ASSEMBLY
Systems for a slat bed are provided. The slat bed may include a fixed portion including a plurality of fixed slats and a sliding portion pivotably coupled to the fixed portion. The sliding portion may include a plurality of sliding slats and the plurality of sliding slats may be operable to slide adjacent to the plurality of fixed slats to change a length of the slat bed. The sliding portion may also be operable to move upwardly at an inclined angle relative to the fixed portion.
Passenger Seats and Doors for an Autonomous Vehicle
An autonomous can include one or more configurable passenger seats to accommodate a plurality of different seating configurations. For instance, the one or more passenger seats can include a passenger seat defining a seating orientation. The passenger seat can be configurable in a first configuration in which the seating orientation is directed towards a forward end of the autonomous vehicle and a second configuration in which the seating orientation is directed towards a rear end of the autonomous vehicle. The passenger seat can include a seatback rotatable about a pivot point on a base of the passenger seat to switch between the first configuration and the second configuration. Alternatively, or additionally, the autonomous vehicle can include a door assembly pivotably fixed to a vehicle body of the autonomous vehicle such that a swept path of the door assembly when moving between an open position and a closed position is reduced.

COLLAPSIBLE STORAGE ENCLOSURE FOR VEHICLE
A vehicle comprises a seating assembly attached to a floor having a seat that is rotationally operable relative to a seatback. A collapsible assembly is attached to the floor and the seat. When the seat is pivoted upright to a stadium position, the collapsible assembly is selectively deployable from a collapsed configuration to a cargo storage configuration. The cargo storage configuration defines a rigid enclosure at least partially defined by the seat and the floor.
Motor vehicle seating arrangement
A motor vehicle having a motor vehicle seating arrangement mounted on a floor of the motor vehicle is disclosed in which a utility item in such as a central seat is supported by two spaced apart outer seats so that no floor engaging support is required for the central seat. Advantageously, the central seat is slidingly supported by the pair of outer seats so as to permit one of the outer seats to be slid forward to improve access to a row of seats mounted to the rear of the motor vehicle seating arrangement without moving the central seat or the other outer seat.

An integrated safety seat permanently built into a vehicle. The safety seat may be united with other seats or separated from other seats, or other integrated safety seats. The integrated safety seat is configured to accommodate an occupant from newborn to adulthood in a seat bottom, as well as in a back, whereby the seat bottom, back and a cradle in between may incline upward and downward by an internal mechanism, to a plurality of angles, ranging from rear facing to forward facing. The integrated safety seat includes a headrest and footrests support in the forward facing position, which serve as a footrest and headrest support, respectively in the rear facing position. The integrated safety seat includes harnesses and lap-belts with hasps, armrests, and headrests, footrests, inserts, within that elevate. The safety seat further includes integrated safety controls that operate regardless of whether the vehicle is in operation.

A sitting, reclining and/or leaning device is provided for arrangement in a vehicle. The device includes a seat frame and several wing elements. The wing elements are arranged on the seat frame in a shared plane when in a basic position. The wing elements may be swiveled out of the basic position into at least one swivel position.
