Each of the at least one valve are selectively positionable to and from an open position where the liquid sanitizer flows through the valve to allow liquid sanitizer to be dispensed onto the exterior surface and a closed position where the liquid sanitizer cannot flow through the valve. A controller, configured to receive instructions from a user interface, communicates with each of the at least one valve to cause any particular valve to move to and from the open position and the closed position.
