An apparatus for mounting a seat in a vehicle having a floor and a side wall comprises a track having a groove disposed on the floor. A stud including a base and a shank, the base being configured to be inserted into the groove, is disposed within the groove. A flange having a lip is disposed on the side wall. At least one lip aperture is formed on the lip. A support, including a base, is disposed on one end of the seat. A base aperture is disposed on the base. A lip fastener is accepted by the at least one lip aperture to connect an end of the seat opposite to the base to the lip on the flange. The base aperture accepts the shank included on the stud.

The invention relates to a vehicle (10) seat (22), comprising: a seat bottom (26); a backrest (28) secured to the seat bottom (26), and at least one leg (32) supporting the seat bottom (26).

The leg (32) comprises at least three segments (44, 46, 48), including: a first segment (44) fastened to the lower face (40) of the seat bottom (26), a second segment (46) fastened to the floor (20, 21) of the vehicle (10), and a third segment (48) joining the first segment (44) and the second segment (46).

The vehicle seat has a seat cushion that is capable of transitioning from a seating position to a storage position aligned with a seat back. The auxiliary member being rotatable, about a shaft in the vehicle seat extending along the seat width direction, between a reference position at which the auxiliary member is upright and a holding position at which the auxiliary member is rotated closer to a front side of a vehicle. A device for arranging a passenger restraint system in a vehicle, in particular for arranging a child seat, in order, using the passenger restraint system, to secure a person seated in the vehicle, the device in the arranged state being fastened to a belt frame for a vehicle seat or for a vehicle seat bench. The belt frame includes a support arrangement with a vertical support and a cross strut, and, when the support arrangement is in the arranged state on the vehicle, the vertical support being arranged upright on a floor of the vehicle. The device is present as an elongate profile and wherein the device has mounting members along a longitudinal axis of the profile for the fastening of retaining catches of the passenger restraint system. The mounting members are present spaced apart from one another along the longitudinal axis of the profile.
