The invention relates to a vehicle seat with an upper part which is height-adjustably mounted with respect to a lower part by means of at least one scissor frame, wherein the scissor frame comprises a first scissor arm member and a second scissor arm member which are pivotally mounted about a common axis, wherein the first scissor arm member comprises a first, a second and a third lever member which are series-connected, wherein the first lever member is pivotally mounted with respect to the upper part about a third axis, and wherein the third lever member is pivotally mounted with respect to the lower part about a fourth axis, wherein the second lever member is pivotally mounted about the common axis and is rotationally connected to the first lever member by means of a fifth axis and rotationally connected to the third lever member by means of a sixth axis.
Track assembly
A track assembly includes a track, a support member, and/or a lever. The support member may be connected to the lever, and/or the lever may include a rotational axis substantially parallel to the track. The lever may rotation about the rotational axis between a first position and/or a second position. The lever may be configured to engage the track in a longitudinal direction when the lever may be in a first position. The lever may be configured to engage the track in a lateral direction when the lever may be in a second position. The lever may be configured to limit longitudinal movement of the support member along the track. The track may include a longitudinal window that may have a first edge and/or a second edge.
VIBRATION ISOLATION STRUCTURE APPLIED BETWEEN UPPER AND LOWER SEAT FRAMES FOR VEHICLE
Provided is a vibration isolating apparatus for isolating vibration from being transferred from a vehicle to a seat during idling and traveling. The vibration isolating apparatus provides an isolation structure applied between the upper and lower seat frames for a vehicle. A bearing unit having a low friction characteristic are applied so that horizontal vibration is effectively isolated without an up-and-down motion. A damping unit capable of attenuating the motion and frictional noise is applied.
ACTIVE SUSPENSION SYSTEM
A vehicle seat suspension system including a base housing, a platform housing, and a linkage system moveably mounted between the base housing and the platform housing. The linkage system includes a center linkage, a rotary actuator drive system moveably connected to the center linkage where the rotary actuator drive system moves the center linkage over a range of travel, and a control system, where the control system actively signals the rotary actuator drive system to move the center linkage in a substantially linear relationship between an angle of rotation of the rotary actuator drive system and a vertical movement of the platform housing. The suspension system may also include sensors in operable communication with the control system.
