A seat adjusting structure includes a seat body. A damping force unit is installed at an upper end of the seat body, and a cab connecting plate is installed at a lower end of the seat body. An electronic controller and a seat weight sensor are installed between the damping force unit and the cab connecting plate. A rigidity unit and an operator presence indicator are installed at a lower part of the damping force unit, and a seat damper is installed above the cab connecting plate. The operator presence indicator detects whether an operator exists, while the seat weight sensor detects whether the weight of the operator is within a set range. The electronic controller receives detection signals from the operator presence indicator and the seat weight sensor and controls the damping force unit and the rigidity unit to adjust the rigidity and damping force of the seat damper.

TRACK SYSTEM WITH A SUPPORT MEMBER

A support assembly may be configured for connections with, adjustment along, and removal from a track assembly. The support assembly may include a support member and/or an electrical connector. The electrical connector may be adjustably connected to the support member and adjustable to a first position and a second position relative to the support member. The electrical connector may include a first contact configured to engage a first conductor of said track assembly. The first contact may be engageable with said first conductor when the electrical connector is in the first position. The electrical connector may be configured such that the first contact is disposed at a distance from said first conductor when the electrical connector is in the second position. The first contact may be movably connected to the electrical connector such that the first contact is movable relative to the electrical connector and the support member.

POSITION CONTROLLING DEVICE

A position controlling device controls the position of a loading platform. The loading platform includes a loading portion, a base portion, and a coupling portion. The base portion is provided below the loading portion in a manner of supporting the loading portion. The coupling portion couples the base portion and the loading portion with a restoring member between them. One of the upper part of the base portion and the lower part of the loading portion includes a spherical surface that is convex downward. The other one of the upper part of the base portion and the lower part of the loading portion includes a guide portion. The guide portion guides the base portion and the loading portion such that the base portion and the loading portion are movable relative to each other in a direction along the spherical surface.

A vehicle seat mounting system includes a seat mount plate and a vehicle mount plate. A vertically operable scissor linkage assembly is disposed between the seat mount plate and the vehicle mount plate and is oriented such that respective opposing ends of a first scissor arm and a second scissor arm are each secured to a respective one of the seat mount plate and the vehicle mount plate. A spring assembly is disposed between the seat mount plate and the vehicle mount plate and is oriented to cooperate with the scissor linkage assembly to resist translation between the vehicle mount plate and the seat mount plate. An adjuster assembly cooperates with the spring assembly and is operable to manipulate the proportion of the spring assembly that is available to be engaged to resist motion of the mounting system.

Semi-Active Seat Suspension System

Provided is a semi-active seat suspension system that minimizes vibration and energy transmission from a vibration/energy source, such as a motor vehicle, to a seated occupant by means of a spring and computer-controlled damper suspension system. Using a variety of sensors to determine an ideal damping rate at a given point in time, the system adjusts the damping rate in real time to provide the best possible ride to the occupant given the constraints of the system.
