Freestyle Removable Diving Board
A portable diving board is attachable to a receiver, such as boats, docks and other aquatic structures, through removable clamps. The board portion is attached to a platform box and given resiliency through a spring. Each clamp has a bi-through threaded nut attached to its lower portion, such that vertical and horizontal pressure rods can be rotated by knob to tight and release the clamps from the receiver. Pressure distribution pads at the end of each pressure rod allow for even distribution of pressure, thereby protecting the receiver from damage.
Foldable diving platform for wakeboard tower
A foldable diving platform for attachment to a wakeboard tower. The platform includes a base section affixable to tubing of the wakeboard tower and a folding section hinged to the based section. The folding section may be rotated about the hinge to enable storage atop the base section or full deployment collinear and coplanar with the base section.
Systems and Methods for Exercise Guidance and Tracking
Systems and methods are provided for guiding a participant through a fitness experience or workout. The participant is provided access to an exercise area at a fitness facility, with the exercise area comprising several exercise or game modules. At each module, the participant engages in a customized exercise or game that is tailored to the participant's fitness level or to key fitness elements that the participant is expected to work on. An instructor may program each module with a type and difficulty of game that is appropriate for the participant, and the participant's activities and results are tracked over time and reported to both the instructor and the participant.
Standing step trainer
The standing step trainer is a device that allows a user to engage in movement that is similar to walking, although less strenuous. The standing step trainer assists users in raising their center of mass after it has been lowered via plantar flexion, ankle flexion, dorsiflexion, and knee flexion. Because users receive an assist in returning to an upright, neutral standing position, they are able to move on the standing step trainer for extended periods of time. This type of movement has been shown to provide myriad health benefits including an increase in the flow of nitric oxide throughout the blood. The methods of the present invention disclose using the standing step trainer to attain these and many other health benefits while working at a desk, watching television, attending class, or any other activity that has heretofore been done from a sitting or standing position.

Standing traction device
An exercise apparatus includes an adjustable support frame configured be adjusted to raise or lower a waist portion thereof to accommodate users of different heights standing adjacent thereto on a support surface. The exercise apparatus also includes a pivotal upper body support constructed and arranged to pivot relative to the support frame. The upper body support is configured to receive a torso of a user standing adjacent to the adjustable support frame, and facilitate a traction exercise to stretch a spine of the user when the torso of the user engages the pivotal upper body support and bends over the support frame.
Processing Data of a User Performing an athletic Activity to Estimate Energy Expenditure
Example embodiments may relate to a system, method, apparatus, and computer readable media configured for prompting a user to perform an exercise, monitoring form of the user while performing the exercise, and calculating an energy expenditure estimate for the user performing the exercise based on a type of the exercise and on the form of the user.
