Programmable automated linear sitting using an intelligent portable body-seat cushion
The present invention is a portable, intelligent, ergonomically adjustable body-seat cushion controlled wirelessly via a smartphone or tablet app. Multiple air bladders embedded in the body-seat cushion inflate/deflate at the direction of the app to manipulate the physical position of the user's neck, back, posterior, legs, and feet in order to: (1) alleviate pressure on the back and sit-bones; (2) lengthen the user from a normal sitting position to a lengthened sitting position; and (3) increase blood flow to the user's extremities. Positioning algorithms in the app use the user's anthropometric data (body measurements) and seat measurements (including available space above and in front of the seat) to generate one or more air bladder fill instructions to lengthen the user. The app then wirelessly transmits the positioning instructions as well as optional motion, temperature, and vibration instructions to one or more wireless receivers in the seat cushion.
Lower back and posture support device
The present invention relates to a spine orienting device for integration into a variety of types of seats, for example, automotive seats or office type seating, in order to properly position the sacrum of the individual using the seat, which in turn will properly pivot the pelvis to assist in maintaining the spine in equilibrium.
Lower back and posture support device

Seat cover
Seat covers for a seat with a headrest are disclosed. The design includes a seat cover for a seat having a headrest, including a backrest cover sized to at least partially cover a backrest of the seat, an opening disposed on the backrest cover sized to allow the headrest to pass therethrough, and a flap sized to cover the opening and that is transitionable between a closed position and an open position. The opening is sized similar to the flap and the backrest cover has a securable slit provided therein. The flap in the open position and the slit in an unsecured orientation enables the seat cover to fit over the headrest, and the flap can be closed under the headrest and the securable slit secured to form a closed orientation.
Occupant support component for a seat of a vehicle and vehicle seat
The present disclosure relates to an occupant support element that may have at least one structural support element. Further, the present disclosure relates to a vehicle seat that may have such an occupant support element.
SEAT
A seat capable of suppressing wrinkles around an opening of a curved-surface-portion of a skin. The seat comprises: a skin in which a curved opening is formed in the curved-surface-portion; an elastically deformable plate-shaped reinforcing-member that reinforces a peripheral portion of the opening, the reinforcing-member being disposed in a curved state along an inner surface of the curved-surface-portion; and a pressing-member that covers the peripheral portion of the opening in a state where the pressing-member presses the peripheral portion of the opening from an outer surface of the curved-surface-portion. The reinforcing-member has a main-body-portion overlapping with the pressing-ember, and extending-portions respectively extending from side edges of the main-body-portion to a range not overlapping with the pressing-member. A slit is formed in each of the extending-portions. The slits extend in a direction that a portion disposed outside in the width direction of the extending-portion is elastically deformable independently from the main-body-portion.
Pet hammock for vehicle
A pet hammock for vehicle, adapted for accommodating one or more pets between a front seat and a rear seat of a vehicle, includes a main body including a front panel, a rear panel and a base panel, and a mounting unit including a front hanger and a rear hanger arranged for mounting the main body between the front seat and the rear seat through a plurality of anchor points provided at the front seat and the rear seat respectively, such that the base panel is suspendedly supported between the front hanger and the rear hanger while the front hanger and the rear hanger are secured with the front seat and the rear seat at the anchor points thereof. The front panel has a window covered with a see-through screen for communicating the front seat with the rear seat.
Vehicle seat airbag system and vehicle seat
A vehicle seat includes a seat back frame, an elastic installation supporting member installed in the seat back frame, and an airbag within a seat back, the vehicle seat causing the airbag to inflate and develop within the seat back. An inflator is attached to the seat back frame. The seat back frame has a substantially frame shape along a seat back shape. The airbag is provided in the seat back frame in the substantially frame shape. The inflator is attached to at least one of an upper portion and a lower portion of the seat back frame in the substantially frame shape. An inflation and a development of the airbag in the seat back due to an operation of the inflator allows the airbag to elastically support an upper body of a seated person and to elastically receive an impact force.
Seat structure
A holder is removable from a seatback frame. The seatback frame has a back plate, a top plate extending from an upper portion of the back plate toward a front side, and a fixing plate provided below the top plate and extending from the back plate toward the front side. The top plate has two insertion holes into which two holders can be inserted from above. The fixing plate is configured so as to be able to fix the end portions of the two holders inserted through the insertion holes of the top plate.
Seating module for a seat
A seating module for a seat, in particular a vehicle seat, may have at least a substantially air-permeable upholstery part. The upholstery part is substantially configured to let air-flow pass through horizontally.
