VEHICLE SEAT
Provided is to stabilize a fixed state of each bag body provided at a vehicle seat and configured to expand to push a corresponding one of the shoulders of a seated passenger. Of a seat back provided at the vehicle seat, each shoulder support configured to support a corresponding one of the shoulders of the seated passenger includes an air cell configured to expand by injection of air. The air cell includes protrusions extending in a predetermined direction and provided at respective end portions of the air bag in the extending direction thereof. The air cell is attached to the inside of the seat back in such a manner that each of the protrusions provided at respective end portions in the extending direction is fixed to a corresponding one of fixing positions separated from each other in the width direction of the vehicle seat.
Biological sensor and vehicle seat
A biological sensor is provided with at least two sensors for detecting vibrations, and is configured so that the at least two sensors form layers. One of the at least two sensors is a first sensor used to acquire biological information, and one is a second sensor used to remove noise. A first cushion material for reducing vibrations is disposed between the first sensor and the second sensor. The first cushion material is integrally laminated with the first sensor and the second sensor. This facilitates accurate detection of biological information.
Valve, valve assembly, and seat comfort system
A valve includes a valve housing defining at least one first opening and at least one second opening, the valve housing enclosing a valve chamber. An actuator with a positioning element is configured for opening or closing the valve. Also provided are at least one air mass measuring device for measuring an air mass flowing through the valve or at least one measuring wire of an air mass measuring device for measuring an air mass flowing through the valve. A valve arrangement and a seat comfort system are also disclosed.
Pump housing, pump, and seat
A pump housing may accommodate a pump unit and a pump motor, especially for a lumbar support function or massage function for mounting in a vehicle seat, wherein the pump motor and the pump unit are attached to one another along a longitudinal axis, and furthermore may support the pump motor with at least two flexible support elements in a radial direction and a second coil spring in an axial direction. Related pump and seat concepts are also disclosed.
Vehicle seat including a seat back pad having a boundary portion
To improve the seated feeling of an occupant in a seat having partially different hardness, a vehicle seat includes a seat frame, an S spring which is installed on the seat frame and receives a load of an occupant, and a seat back pad which has a plurality of regions respectively formed of different materials and is disposed between a skin material of the seat and the S spring. The S spring is disposed at a position facing a boundary portion which is provided in the seat back pad and is the plurality of regions respectively formed of different materials.

VEHICLE SEAT DEVICE
A vehicle seat device capable of suitably restraining an occupant by means of a seat belt device includes a seat main body having a seat cushion and a seat back, a reclining device connecting the seat back to the seat cushion so as to be pivotable and capable of locking a pivoting motion of the seat back, and a seat belt device for restraining an occupant seated on the seat main body. The seat belt device includes a lap belt restraining the occupant's lumbar or thighs, a belt anchor attached at a position beside the seat main body and having a belt engaging portion engaging with an engaged portion provided in a tip portion of the lap belt, and an anchor moving device capable of moving the belt engaging portion of the belt anchor in a seat front to back direction with respect to the seat main body.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat includes a seat cushion and a seatback. The vehicle seat has a plate-shaped pressure-receiving member configured to receive a load from an occupant seated on the vehicle seat and a radio wave sensor fixed to the pressure-receiving member. The radio wave sensor is configured to acquire information about the occupant by emitting radio waves toward the occupant and detecting the radio waves reflected off the occupant. The pressure-receiving member includes a plurality of first ribs that protrudes from a backside of the pressure-receiving member, which is a side facing away from the occupant, in a direction away from the occupant, and a plurality of second ribs that protrudes from the backside in a direction away from the occupant, the plurality of second ribs crossing the plurality of first ribs. The radio wave sensor includes at least one fixing part that is fixed to the pressure-receiving member. The at least one fixing part includes a first fixing part that is fixed to a surrounded area that is surrounded by the plurality of first ribs and the plurality of second ribs on the backside.
Load support apparatus for lumbar support assembly
A load support apparatus for a lumbar support assembly is proposed, in which reinforcing ribs are arranged on a lateral surface and a front surface of a concave portion, the load support apparatus maintaining bearing power for supporting an occupant and having a reduced weight. The load support apparatus includes a main support unit including a main plate formed in the shape of a plate, a concave portion formed by one portion of the main plate protruding backward, with a groove being formed in front of the concave portion, and a rib portion formed by protruding from the main plate toward the groove or backward from the main plate.
