SEAT DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
In a seat device for a vehicle, a dynamic damper comprises a damper case that is formed from first and second case halves joined together so as to be capable of separating from each other to define a damper chamber therebetween, a weight that is housed in the damper chamber, and an elastic member that is disposed between the weight and an inner face of the damper chamber so as to allow vibration of the weight, the damper case being provided with a mounting part that is mounted on a frame of the seat. Thus, it is possible to provide a seat device for a vehicle in which replacement of a weight and an elastic member in order to adjust or change the damping characteristics is possible, and the ease of mounting a damper case on a seat is good.
COMPOSITE MEMBER, SEAT FOR AUTOMOBILE, AND COMPONENT FOR AUTOMOBILE
Provided are a composite member, a seat for automobile, and a component for automobile that suppress a decrease in strength at a connection place between a metal member and a fiber-reinforced member. A composite member includes: a fiber-reinforced member formed by impregnating a plurality of sheet-shaped core materials with a matrix resin; and a metal member joined to the fiber-reinforced member. The composite member has a structure in which a part of the metal member is sandwiched and fixed between a plurality of the core materials stacked in a thickness direction at a joint place between the fiber-reinforced member and the metal member
Coupling device for passenger seats
Described are passenger seats with a seat pan (12) releasably coupled to a seat frame (14) via at least one coupling device (20), which includes a ramp (22) mounted on a lower surface (36) of the seat pan (12) and a latch (42) pivotally coupled to an open end of the ramp (22). The latch (42) includes a flap configured to substantially cover the open end of the ramp (22) when the latch (42) is in a closed position, and a handle (48) that is accessible from an upper surface of the seat pan (12) via an aperture (50) in the seat pan (12). The coupling device also includes a spring (44) configured to position the latch (42) in the closed position until a force is applied to the handle (48) to rotate the latch (42) to an open position.
VEHICLE SEAT WITH A CRASH-MODIFIED PANEL HOLDER WITH A PRIMARY FRAME AND AN AUXILIARY FRAME
A vehicle seat having a panel arranged as a trim part on a structure of the vehicle seat by means of a panel holder so as to be fixed to the seat structure. Provision is made that the panel holder includes, in addition to a primary frame, a crash-modified auxiliary frame, which frames are made of formed wires, wherein the auxiliary frame, in the assembled state of the panel holder and the panel, is arranged in a critical region of the panel where a high crash force acts on the panel in the event of a crash.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat (1) having adjustment kinematics, in particular height-adjustment kinematics (6), with movable rockers (12, 14), in particular for adjusting the height of a seat frame of the vehicle seat (1) relative to a connectable vehicle structure, wherein at least one rocker (14) is mounted rotatably about an axis (A), in particular about an axis (A) of a transverse tube (16), and a toothed segment (18) which is connected to the at least one rocker (14) is provided, wherein the vehicle seat (1) has a drive (20) for moving the at least one rocker (14), and the drive (20) is mounted on a seat frame, in particular on a side part (100) of the seat frame, wherein a pinion (26) of the drive (20) meshes with the toothed segment (18), wherein, by aligning the position of the entire drive (20) relative to the side part (100) by means of a compensating body (200), the pinion (26) is positioned relative to the toothed segment (18) in a manner free from play.
Locking unit for a vehicle seat, and vehicle seat
A locking unit (10) for a vehicle seat (1) includes a housing with a side plate (16) which has at least one first mounting aperture (17), and/or with a cover plate (18) which has at least one second mounting aperture (19), and at least one mounting stud (51, 52). The first mounting aperture (17) and/or the second mounting aperture (19) are designed so that the mounting stud (51, 52) can be placed in at least two different positions in the first mounting aperture (17) and/or in the second mounting aperture (19).
Seat frame for vehicle seat
A bracket for attaching an actuator is easily bonded to a side frame while avoiding interference with a shaft for driving a reclining mechanism. In a seat side frame which is provided at each of both ends of a seat back frame in the width direction, a reclining mechanism, and an actuator, the reclining mechanism is attached to a side wall of the side frame, and the actuator is fixed to an attachment bracket bonded to an inner surface of a portion to which the reclining mechanism is attached in the side wall in the width direction. An upper portion which is disposed above the attachment portion of the reclining mechanism and a lower portion which is disposed below the attachment portion thereof are connected to each other at the rear ends thereof and are separated from each other at the front ends thereof.
MODULAR MONOCOQUE BACKREST
A modular monocoque backrest is provided. The modular monocoque backrest may comprise a front shroud, a back shroud, and an at least one back spar. The front shroud may be coupled to the back shroud, and the back spar may be configured as a mounting point, enabling the modular monocoque backrest to mount to an aircraft floor. The front shroud and the back shroud may comprise a carbon fiber composite material, allowing the modular monocoque backrest to be modular in nature. The carbon fiber composite material may enable the modular monocoque backrest to have a lightweight design while also maintaining resistance to dynamic crash loads.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat includes a seatback. The seatback includes a main frame and a sub-frame suspended from the main frame. The sub-frame is configured to swivel with respect to the main frame. The sub-frame includes a first lateral member, a second lateral member separated from the first lateral member by a distance, and a reinforcement member coupling the first lateral member with the second lateral member.
