Impact absorbing device and vehicle seat
An impact absorbing device for a vehicle seat includes: a first base member; a second base member; and an impact absorbing member. The first base member rotatably supports the second base member. The impact absorbing member includes: a first fixing portion fixed to the first base member; a second fixing portion fixed to the second base member; and a deformable portion. The deformable portion is provided between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion, and is configured to be bent by the rotation of the second base member. A distance between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion in an undeformed state of the deformable portion has a value intermediate in a range of variation of the distance that varies depending on the bending of the deformable portion.
Vehicle seat frame structure and vehicle seat
The present disclosure relates to a vehicle seat frame structure comprising a backrest frame part and a seat cushion frame part. The backrest frame part and the seat cushion frame part are supported by a pivot bearing for being pivoted about a pivot axis. A spring device is biased with the pivoting movement. The spring device is only effective in a comfort inclination angular region. If the backrest frame part is pivoted out of the comfort inclination angular region towards the front, the spring device is released from the force flow between the backrest frame part and the seat cushion frame part. The release is provided by a shaft-hub-connection between a coupling section of a shaft and a hub of a hub body, the shaft-hub-connection comprising an angular clearance.
SENSOR DISPOSITION STRUCTURE IN SEAT
A sensor disposition structure in a seat includes a cushion pad and a board-like member which is disposed under the cushion pad. A concave is formed in an upper surface of the board-like member, and a sensor is disposed in the concave.
SEAT FRAME
To reduce the weight of a cross member bridged between right and left sides of a seat frame. A seat frame includes an upper frame forming an upper portion of a seat back frame, and a cross member bridged at the upper frame. The cross member includes right and left end portions in a seat width direction, the right and left end portions being fixed to the upper frame; and a first recessed portion that is recessed upward or downward and provided between the right and left end portions. The first recessed portion is provided at a center portion of the cross member in the seat width direction.
Seat for motor vehicle
A motor vehicle seat having a metal frame, the seat defining a volume (V). The frame is configured to be electrically connected to a chassis of the motor vehicle so as to generate a Faraday effect. The seat includes an electronic and/or electrotechnical device having at least one electronic control unit and/or a motor connected to a power cable. The cable is intended for connection to a power supply of the motor vehicle for the at least one electronic control unit and/or motor. The electronic and/or electrotechnical device is at least partially arranged within the volume (V) of the seat.
Sensor disposition structure in seat
A sensor disposition structure in a seat includes a cushion pad and a board-like member which is disposed under the cushion pad. A concave is formed in an upper surface of the board-like member, and a sensor is disposed in the concave.
Vehicle seat device
A vehicle seat device includes an SB main frame that is joined to a seat cushion via a reclining shaft; an SB subframe that is swingable with respect to the SB main frame at least about a roll axis; a backrest that is installed on the SB subframe; and a lower support wire and an upper support wire that limit rearward movement of the SB subframe and allow movement of the SB subframe about the roll axis. A straight line connecting between the front end and the rear end of the lower support wire is inclined with respect to a normal line so as to rise toward the front, the normal line being normal to a straight line connecting between an upper end of the SB main frame and the reclining shaft.
Mat mounting structure in seat back and vehicle seat
A mat mounting structure for mounting a mat on a seat back frame in a seat back may have a guide wire attachable to the mat configured to receive a force from a back of an occupant on the seat back. The guide wire may have a straight part extending linearly in a longitudinal direction of the seat back frame on a head side or a root side of the seat back frame. A bushing including a penetration hole in which the straight part is insertable in the longitudinal direction may be included in the structure. An attachment hole part in the seat back frame may also be part of the structure. The bushing may be detachably engageable with and attachable to the attachment hole part.
SCREWLESS SHOULDER BEZEL ATTACHMENT FOR A VEHICLE SEAT
A lever assembly includes a lever housing attached to a seat back of a vehicle seat. The lever assembly includes a bracket attached to the lever housing, and the bracket includes a bracket opening. The lever assembly includes a lever bezel including a bezel opening, the lever bezel is received in the lever housing, and the bezel opening aligns with the bracket opening. The lever assembly includes a lever pivotally mounted to the level bezel and a clip received in the bezel opening and the bracket opening to secure the lever bezel to the lever housing.
Vehicle seat assembly with impact energy management
A vehicle seat assembly is provided with a seat back frame with an upper crossbar. A deformable member is welded to the seat back frame. A pair of tubes is welded to the deformable member. A pair of head restraint posts are each received in one of the pair of tubes to support a head restraint. A pair of spaced apart limit bracket bases is welded to the upper crossbar and extend away from the seat back frame to support a pair of limit bracket contact portions. A pair of contact target plates are each welded to one of the pair of tubes, spaced apart from and aligned with one of the pair of limit bracket contact portions so that the deformable member deforms under a rear vehicle impact until the contact target plates contact the contact portions of the limit brackets.
