VEHICLE
The vehicle with right and left front seats, a cargo bed located behind the right and left front seats, a guide rail located on the cargo bed, and a rear seat with a seat frame connected to the guide rail and slidable in the front-rear direction along the guide rail. This structure enables the cargo bed to have a sufficient capacity while preventing the vehicle body from increasing in size, and secures freedom in the shape of the rear seat.
Vehicle seat
A seat cushion part includes a base fabric extending between and looped around a front edge frame and a rear edge frame, and having an upper layer part and a lower layer part which are provided apart from each other in an up-down direction. Wire members of metal are provided respectively on side edge portions of the base fabric, and coil springs are spring members each extending between an end portion of the wire member and the front edge frame or the rear edge frame. A load further applied due to vibration, impact, and so on causes the upper layer part to come into contact with the lower layer part to also displace the lower layer part in the up-down direction. Consequently, the coil springs connected through the wire members extend/contract, and their elastic force acts.
RESTRAINT SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE SEAT
The invention relates to a restraint system for a vehicle seat, comprising a webbing belt element for restraining an occupant of the vehicle seat, further comprising a guide belt element which is guided continuously on a guideway, the holding element being securely connected to a first section of the guide belt element, wherein the webbing belt element is passed through a cutout of the holding element, wherein by means of a movement of the self-contained guide belt element on the guideway in a first direction of rotation the holding element is continuously adjustable within an adjustment section of the guideway from a second maximum position to a first maximum position.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat 1 includes: a backrest frame 40 provided in the backrest 11, an opening member 30 having an opening 31 that allows a seat belt 13 extending from the inside of the backrest 11 to pass through toward the front side; and a cover holding plate 130 that holds a cover 51 covering a surface of the backrest 11. Second holes 110 of the opening member 30, third holes 142 of the cover holding plate 130 and first holes 90 of the backrest frame 40 are arranged, in the order mentioned, toward the rear side of the backrest 11, so as to coincide with each other. The opening member 30 and the cover holding plate 130 are fixed to the backrest frame 40 by screws 150 inserted in the holes 110, 142 and 90.
VEHICLE SEAT AND VEHICLE SEAT SYSTEM FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A vehicle seat (10) for a motor vehicle, having a backrest (12), a height-adjustable headrest (14) and a seatbelt guide (22) integrated in the vehicle seat (10) for a seatbelt (18), wherein the height-adjustable headrest (14) is coupled to the backrest (12), and wherein the headrest (14) can be mechanically coupled to a seatbelt guide adjusting mechanism (36), which mechanically adjusts the seatbelt guide (22) when adjusting the height of the headrest (14).
Vehicle seat
Disclosed is one example of a vehicle seat in which a dimension thereof in its width direction can be smaller. The vehicle seat includes: a side frame extending in seat front-rear directions; a belt anchor bracket at least part of which is positioned below the side frame; a belt stay at least part of which is positioned below the side frame; and a coupling bolt that couples the belt anchor bracket and the belt stay to each other at a position below the side frame, the coupling bolt passing through a first member, which is one of the belt anchor bracket and the belt stay, and reaching a second member, which is the other of the belt anchor bracket and the belt stay.
Vehicle seat belt device
A vehicle seat belt device includes: an anchor part configured to be provided at a vehicle seat or a vehicle body on a first side in a width direction of the vehicle seat, and to displace a lower end portion of a buckle device to a vehicle front side by being deformed by a load applied from a lap belt to the buckle device at a time of vehicle collision; and a buckle rotation mechanism configured to include a guide part that is provided at the vehicle seat or body on a vehicle downward side of the buckle device and inclined downward toward the vehicle front side, and a pull-in part that connects the guide part and an upper portion of the buckle device and is slidable along the guide part, and to rotate the buckle device to the vehicle front side and downward side due to the displacement.
Seatbelt assembly including a two-point seatbelt
A seat assembly for a vehicle includes a seat, and a first seatbelt having a first end and a second end. The first end of the first seatbelt is coupled to the seat. The seat assembly includes a latch plate and a second seatbelt. The latch plate is fixed to the second end of the first seatbelt, and the second seatbelt is slideably coupled to the latch plate. The first seatbelt and the second seatbelt increase lateral support of the occupant during, e.g., a rollover event, oblique or side impacts.
DOUBLE-ACTION ACTUATOR WITH SINGLE ELECTRIC MOTOR FOR A VEHICLE
An actuator for a vehicle seat comprises an electric motor in which the rotor rotates first and second output shafts of the electric motor; a first reduction gear rotated by the first output shaft, the first reduction gear having a first gear ratio, and driving a first notched shaft having a first notch pitch; a second reduction gear rotated by the second output shaft, the second gear having a second gear ratio, and driving a second notched having with a second notch pitch.
Bus seat
A bus seat is provided. The bus seat includes a backrest frame having a curve in part and a lumbar support coupled to the backrest frame by the curve. The bus seat also includes a horizontal seat that is pivotable from a seat position, where a seat frame is locked onto a base frame, to a stowed position. The bus seat is provided in a modular configuration to allow multiple backrests to be used for the bus seat. The backrests may include changeable seat belt configurations and child restraint system configurations. The bus seat also includes a seat belt retractor having a vertical configuration and a horizontal configuration for retracting and extending the seat belt.
