A belt mount for a vehicle seat or a vehicle bench seat in a vehicle is proposed, wherein the belt mount comprises an attachment mechanism for attaching to a vehicle structure in the region of a vehicle floor such that a lower end section of the belt mount can be fixed in the region of the vehicle floor, wherein the belt mount comprises a support arrangement with a support member for supporting on the vehicle structure of the vehicle. According to the invention, the support member, protruding forward in the driving direction, is present on the belt mount such that it is spaced apart at the top from the lower end section of the belt mount and is formed in such a way that the support member can be connected in the region of the vehicle structure of the vehicle which is present above the vehicle floor.

An upper-front of a seatback is cut, providing a hole at a position the occupant's shoulder may lie, and an engaging means able to engage with a shoulder webbing is fitted in the hole. The engaging means holds the shoulder webbing, which is wrapped around the occupant. The engaging means is, for example, a (second) buckle fitted in the hole. A second tongue (intermediate tongue) is mounted on a middle part of the shoulder webbing. The shoulder webbing is wrapped slantwise around the occupant's shoulder when the second tongue is engaged with the second buckle.

Rear suspension assembly for an off-road vehicle

A vehicle has a frame, seats, front and rear suspension assemblies, front and rear wheels, a motor, a rear differential, left and right constant velocity joints operatively connected to the rear differential; and left and right half-shaft operatively connecting the constant velocity joints to the rear wheels. Each of the rear suspension assemblies has: a trailing arm having a front end pivotally connected to the frame; a knuckle pivotally connected to a rear portion of the trailing arm; lower and upper links pivotally connected between the trailing arm and the frame; and a toe link pivotally connected between the knuckle and the frame. Each of the rear suspension assemblies has an instant center axis passing through a connection between the trailing arm and the frame. Centers of the velocity joints are laterally outward of their corresponding instant center axes when viewed in a top plan view of the vehicle.

Utility vehicle

A utility vehicle is provided with a hip guard member disposed adjacent to a seat for a crew member and guarding the crew member sitting on the seat from outside in a vehicle width direction. The utility vehicle includes: a seat frame provided below the seat and supporting the seat; and a seatbelt apparatus configured to hold the crew member sitting on the seat. The seatbelt apparatus includes a retractor supporting an end of webbing so as to freely wind the webbing. The retractor is attached to the seat frame, and the retractor projects outward in the vehicle width direction from the hip guard member.

The front shroud and the back shroud may comprise a carbon fiber composite material, allowing the modular monocoque backrest to be modular in nature. The carbon fiber composite material may enable the modular monocoque backrest to have a lightweight design while also maintaining resistance to dynamic crash loads.
