Seat
A vehicle seat (1) includes a seat frame (6), an elastic sheet (9) mounted to the seat frame in a tensioned state (6), and a trim (10) provided on the elastic sheet (9). The elastic sheet (9) includes a fastening section including a fastening plate (16) for the trim (10). The trim (10) includes a trim body (11) and a trim end (15) that is attached to the trim body (11) and fastened to the fastening plate (16) with the trim body (11) being stretched.

A seat device, in particular an aircraft seat device, includes a backrest having a base frame which includes two lateral frame elements, and a shell element which is connected to the lateral frame elements and at least partly forms a backrest support surface.
SEAT ELEMENT
A seat element includes a carrier frame and supporting surfaces. The carrier frame includes at least one left-hand side member and a right-hand side member. The supporting surfaces are designed in the form of a seat surface and backrest surface. At least one of the supporting surfaces includes a covering element. The covering element includes a fabric and is stretch-mounted, on the left-hand side member and on the right-hand side member of the carrying frame. The covering element includes tension elements. The tension elements are subjected to pulling action by means of in each case at least one of the actuators in such a manner that a level of tensioning to which the fabric of the covering element is subjected when the actuator has been activated is greater than a level of tensioning to which the fabric of the covering element is subjected when the actuator has been deactivated.
Seat cover and vehicle seat
A seat cover includes: a surface member; and a pocket including: a bag part arranged on a back surface side of the surface member and sewn on a folded portion of the surface member folded toward the back surface side along an edge of a pocket opening; a bead part interposed between the bag part and the folded portion extending along at least one of a pair of longitudinal edges of the pocket opening, sewn on the folded portion and the bag part, and arranged to protruding into the pocket opening; and a core member inserted into the bead part, wherein: the bead part and the core member respectively include extension portions extending beyond a pair of lateral edges of the pocket opening in a longitudinal direction of the pocket opening; and the extension portions of the bead part and the core member are fixed to each other.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat includes: a seating portion configured to support a seated occupant in a seating posture; a shell portion configured to cover the circumference of the seating portion including side portions of the seated occupant from a rear side of the occupant; a first moving device that is configured to move a relative position of the seating portion with respect to a vehicle; and a second moving device that is configured to move a relative position of the shell portion with respect to the seating portion, the second moving device being configured to move at least side portions of the shell portion to a first position at which the side portions of the seated occupant is covered by the shell portion and to a second position at which the side portions of the seated occupant is uncovered by the shell portion.

A seat support structure including an elastomeric panel. The elastomeric panel positions and supports a seated occupant. The panel is constrained on a forward side and a rearward side.
RETRACTABLE CHAIR FOR AN AIRCRAFT CABIN
A retractable chair for an aircraft cabin which is connected in use to a wall of the cabin, and includes an articulated frame having a back and a seat; a support which is connected to the frame, and fitted such as to be mobile on the wall around an axis of rotation; and at least one covering stretched on the frame. The fact of pivoting the support relative to the wall makes it possible to be able to incline the back, which contributes towards improving the comfort of the chair.
Seat Fitted with Garnish
A seat is provided with: a frame; a pad supported by the frame; a skin member covering a front surface of the pad and provided with a first opening; an annular plate having a second opening and attached to a part of the skin member surrounding the first opening so that the first opening opposes the second opening; and a garnish including a tubular portion passed into the first opening and the second opening, and retained onto the pad, a flange provided at a front end of the tubular portion and having a larger outer diameter than the tubular portion, and an engagement claw projecting from an outer periphery of the tubular portion, and engaging the annular plate between the flange and the engagement claw.
OCCUPANT SUPPORT DEVICE FOR A SEAT
An occupant support device (OSD) for a seat, comprises a flexible membrane having a first end and a second end. The flexible membrane is coupleable to a seat proximate the first end and the second end of the flexible membrane. The OSD further comprises at least one stiffening member for stiffening the flexible membrane. The at least one stiffening member is positionable so that the flexible membrane is generally stiffer in a longitudinal direction than in a transverse direction. A seat comprising the OSD, an array of seats comprising the OSD and an aircraft comprising the OSD are also provided.
