WORK MACHINE

A work machine, in which manual steering and automatic steering are switchable, includes: a manual steering device; an automatic steering device that receives a switching operation and switches the manual steering to the automatic steering; and a first operation member that receives a first operation and causes a part of the work machine to be operated. The first operation member is provided separately from the manual steering device.

Adjustable armrest

An armrest for a vehicle includes an armrest element and a floating support assembly configured for selectively pivoting the armrest element in a vehicle-fore and -aft motion. The floating support assembly includes at least one vertically translatable support arm pivotally attached to the armrest element. The at least one vertically translatable support arm may be operatively supported by a resilient member.

Door-trim panel having collapsible ribs and grooves

A door-trim panel for a vehicle includes an armrest and a top roll extending upwardly from the armrest to an upper end. The upper end has an inboard portion and an outboard portion and the upper end is elongated along a longitudinal axis. The top roll includes pairs of ribs spaced from each other along the longitudinal axis. The pairs of ribs include an inboard rib extending from the inboard portion toward the outboard portion to an outboard end. The pairs of ribs include an outboard rib adjacent to and spaced from the inboard rib of that pair. The outboard rib extends from the outboard portion toward the inboard portion to an inboard end of the outboard rib. The inboard ribs and outboard ribs are elongated transverse to the longitudinal axis. The inboard end and the outboard end are spaced from the inboard portion of the top roll.

DOOR ARMREST OF VEHICLE

A door armrest of a vehicle is provided in a door trim that forms a door for opening and closing a door opening formed in a vehicle body, and the door armrest may include an armrest portion on which an occupant's arm is supported and which may be provided on an internal side of the door trim and slides in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, and a motor driving portion mounted below the armrest portion, and configured to drive the armrest portion to selectively slide according to an opening or closing signal of the door.

Safety Mechanism for Vehicle Switch Panels

An improved vehicle safety system and method is disclosed, having an attachment mechanism, a hinge, either a bend or a plurality of spacers, and a cover. The protective system provides suitable covering of window and door locks, and other electrical switches and buttons, typically found within or near to a vehicle's armrest. This in turn prevents accidental actuation of the switches by a pet in the vehicle. The hook-n-loop actually comprises hook-n-loop section which connects to the door as well as a hook-n-loop which connects to the attachment mechanism.

Vehicle seat and method of installation

A vehicle assembly includes a vehicle body including a side body component and a transverse body component, and a vehicle seat attached to the each of the side and transverse body components. The vehicle seat includes a seat main frame including an attached seat back, a side member attached to the seat main frame, the side member defining an outboard bolster for the seat back and an armrest, and a seat base attached to the seat main frame. A first connection bracket is secured to the transverse body component adjacent an outboard side edge portion of the seat back, and the outboard bolster of the side member is connected to the first connection bracket. A second connection bracket is secured to the side body component and extended toward the seat main frame, and the armrest of the side member is connected to the second connection bracket.

INTEGRATED VACUUM FOR MOTOR VEHICLE

A vehicle having an on-board vacuum includes an interior trim quarter side panel assembly disposed adjacent a third row of seats, and an on-board central vacuum system integrated into the interior trim quarter panel assembly. The interior trim quarter side panel assembly includes an outermost surface, an armrest portion positioned between an inboard sidewall and an outboard sidewall of the interior trim quarter panel assembly, and generally sloping toward an interior floor of the vehicle, and a handle pocket defining an opening in the armrest portion and a cavity below the outermost surface. The on-board central vacuum system includes a vacuum hose coupled to a vacuum motor assembly, and a vacuum nozzle handle coupled to the vacuum hose and nestingly received within the handle pocket such that in a stowed position within the handle pocket cavity, the vacuum nozzle handle is located at or below the outermost surface.

Armrest assembly and unitary armrest subassembly having a support substrate and resilient web secured together by mechanical fastening feature

An armrest assembly includes a unitary armrest subassembly having a support substrate and a resilient web secured together by a mechanical fastening feature. The armrest subassembly also includes a cushion overlying the resilient web and a coverstock concealing the cushion and the resilient web and enclosing the receiver in the unitary armrest subassembly that holds those components.

FULLY COLLAPSING ARMREST INSERT WITH TUNABLE TENSIONING ELEMENTS

A collapsible vehicular armrest substrate includes load-bearing strips extending across a gap defined within a support frame. A first tunable element secures the load-bearing strips in a support position on the support frame. A first tension-adjusting portion sets a predetermined first tension limit of the first tunable element. The load-bearing strips disengage from the support position when the first tunable element experiences an actual tension greater than the predetermined first tension limit.

Armrest core, armrest incorporating that armrest core and method of manufacturing that armrest assembly

An armrest core includes a lattice having a plurality of void channel clusters. The void channel clusters have a section geometry characterized by a lateral dimension D.sub.1 and a vertical dimension D.sub.2 where D.sub.1<D.sub.2. An armrest assembly includes the armrest core and an outer cover overlying the armrest core. A method of manufacturing the armrest assembly is also disclosed.
