DYNAMIC DAMPER, HEADREST, AND VEHICULAR SEAT
A dynamic damper is provided which includes a weight, an elastic member that supports the weight so as to allow vibration, and a damper case that houses the weight and the elastic member, wherein the dynamic damper also includes corner part checking means for checking at least some corner parts among corner parts where at least one end face of the weight and first and second side faces that are each continuous from the one end face and are adjacent to each other meet. This enables the ease of assembly to be enhanced by enabling a corner part of a weight to be checked when assembling the weight into a damper case, and also enables the state in which the elastic member is mounted on an end part of the weight to be easily checked.

Automobile headrest
The invention discloses an automobile headrest, comprising a shell, support arms, and a seat fixing part; the seat fixing part is arranged on the shell for fixing with the fixing rod on the automobile seat; each support arm is provided with a rotating shaft and a sliding shaft; the sliding shaft slides in a slideway inside the shell; one end of the sliding shaft is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft through a rotating structure; the support arm is slidably installed in the shell through the sliding shaft; the width between the support arms is adjusted laterally through the sliding shaft. The invention realizes the distance adjustment between the support arms through the lateral movement of the sliding shaft, realizes a better lateral adjustment of the sliding shaft through the design of the locking plate, the concave-convex part and the like, and realizes a better degree of freedom and comfort.

Vehicle Seats That Include Sound Cancelation Systems
Seats that include sound cancelation systems are described. An example vehicle bench seat has a first backrest, a first speaker, a second backrest, a second speaker, a central portion, and a seat base. The first speaker is disposed within the first backrest and the second speaker is disposed within the second backrest. Each of the first and second speakers emit primary sound waves and secondary sound waves. The secondary sound waves of the first speaker are 180 degrees out of phase with the primary sound waves of the first speaker and the secondary sound waves of the second speaker are 180 degrees out of phase with the primary sound waves of the second speaker. The central portion includes channels that direct the secondary sound waves emitted by the first and second speakers into the vehicle cabin to cancel undesired primary sound waves.

Headrest assembly
A headrest assembly includes a headrest bun having an interior portion. A support armature includes a portion thereof disposed within the interior portion of the headrest bun. A support member includes a lattice matrix comprised of a plurality of interconnected links. The support member is supported within the interior portion of the headrest bun by the support armature. A receptacle is operably coupled to the lattice matrix of the support member within the interior portion of the headrest bun and includes an interior cavity. A weighted insert is removeably received within the interior cavity of the receptacle.

Modular seating assembly
A vehicle seating assembly for a motor vehicle having a lower seating structure and a raised seatback include a common lower back panel and closeout assembly comprising an intersecting rear vertical plane and an upper horizontal plane. A plurality of interchangeable upper shroud assemblies having a plurality of design configurations that are received and coupled with the intersecting rear vertical plane and upper horizontal plane of the common lower back panel and closeout assembly, depending on a chosen trim level. Each of the plurality of interchangeable upper shroud assemblies has an identical intersecting forward vertical plane and a lower horizontal plane that mount to the intersecting rear vertical plane and upper horizontal plane of the common lower back panel and closeout assembly, thereby allowing interchangeability of the plurality of interchangeable upper shroud assemblies to change an overall configuration of the vehicle seating assembly.
