An automobile headrest safe includes an exterior and a container positioned within the interior of the exterior housing. The container is removable from the exterior housing so that the container may be completely removed from the exterior housing and transported separately from the exterior housing. The container includes a body portion having an open end and a pivotal, reciprocating side door. The container may include a carrying handle. The pivotal side door is coupled to a lock. The headrest safe may be coupled to the automobile seat through a mounting system having a mounting plate coupled to the exterior housing and mounting posts extending from the mounting plate.

A vehicle seat is equipped with a display mounted on a reclinable seat back. The display self-adjusts to maintain a desired viewing angle when the recline angle of the seat back changes. The display is selectively locked or unlocked with respect to the seat back to move about a pivot axis. When a change in the recline angle is detected, the display is unlocked until the desired viewing angle is reestablished. Display movement relative to the seat can be damped rotational movement or motorized movement. A user can interact with the display to set or change the desired viewing angle.

The invention relates, inter alia, to an equipment part for a vehicle, including a base, at least one first foam layer and a covering, wherein the equipment part is provided with at least one audio cushion device which has at least one loudspeaker device having at least one loudspeaker, wherein each loudspeaker has a sound outlet. The first foam layer has an opening which extends along a center axis of the sound outlet such that the sound can continue through the opening in the direction toward the covering. A sound-permeable carrier layer covers the opening and in the direction of the sound propagation behind the carrier layer a second foam layer is arranged which engages over the opening.

In at least one embodiment, a loudspeaker arrangement for a vehicle is provided. The loudspeaker arrangement includes a surround sound loudspeaker arrangement and at least one proximity woofer. The surround sound loudspeaker arrangement includes a plurality of surround woofers being positioned in a listening environment in the vehicle that defines a plurality of sounds zones to provide a first low frequency audio output having a first sound pressure level within the vehicle. The at least one proximity woofer is positioned about a first seat in a first sound zone of the vehicle, the at least one proximity woofer being configured to provide a second low frequency audio output in the first sound zone of the vehicle. The second low frequency audio output as provided by the at least one proximity woofer modifies the first sound pressure level to provide a target sound pressure level.

In at least one embodiment, a loudspeaker arrangement for a vehicle is provided. The loudspeaker arrangement includes a surround sound loudspeaker arrangement and at least one proximity woofer. The surround sound loudspeaker arrangement includes a plurality of surround woofers being positioned in a listening environment in the vehicle that defines a plurality of sounds zones to provide a first low frequency audio output having a first sound pressure level within the vehicle. The at least one proximity woofer is positioned about a first seat in a first sound zone of the vehicle, the at least one proximity woofer being configured to provide a second low frequency audio output in the first sound zone of the vehicle. The second low frequency audio output as provided by the at least one proximity woofer modifies the first sound pressure level to provide a target sound pressure level.

A headrest sleeve for assembly to a bracket fixed to a stay for supporting a main body of a headrest. The headrest sleeve includes a sleeve body formed in a tubular shape, a collar-shaped flange extending from one end portion of the sleeve body and disposed so as to be capable of contacting the bracket, a bracket-fitting section extending from the flange toward an opposite side from the sleeve body and configured to be capable of being fitted into a fitting hole formed in the lower bracket, and an anchor clip provided at the bracket-fitting section and configured to undergo elastic deformation and elastic recovery during the fitting of the bracket-fitting section into the fitting hole so as to engage with the bracket from an opposite side from the flange.

A headrest sleeve for assembly to a bracket fixed to a stay for supporting a main body of a headrest. The headrest sleeve includes a sleeve body formed in a tubular shape, a collar-shaped flange extending from one end portion of the sleeve body and disposed so as to be capable of contacting the bracket, a bracket-fitting section extending from the flange toward an opposite side from the sleeve body and configured to be capable of being fitted into a fitting hole formed in the lower bracket, and an anchor clip provided at the bracket-fitting section and configured to undergo elastic deformation and elastic recovery during the fitting of the bracket-fitting section into the fitting hole so as to engage with the bracket from an opposite side from the flange.

A system for a neck rest including a cushion assembly, a noise assembly and a seat assembly is disclosed. The cushion assembly provides a cushion, being a predetermined stuffed animal, to provide support to the neck of a user while the user sleeps or rests. The cushion includes legs that secure underneath of the chin of the user, with hook and loop fastener. The noise assembly includes a speaker which emits sounds such as sayings, melodies or songs to help soothe and comfort the user as the user falls asleep. The cushion is secured in place onto a seat belt of the seat assembly with a stopper. The stopper being a male and female member which engage one another to keep the cushion positioned properly. The seat belt being on a vehicle or on a car seat.
