The cushion assembly provides a cushion, being a predetermined stuffed animal, to provide support to the neck of a user while the user sleeps or rests. The cushion includes legs that secure underneath of the chin of the user, with hook and loop fastener. The noise assembly includes a speaker which emits sounds such as sayings, melodies or songs to help soothe and comfort the user as the user falls asleep. The cushion is secured in place onto a seat belt of the seat assembly with a stopper. The stopper being a male and female member which engage one another to keep the cushion positioned properly. The seat belt being on a vehicle or on a car seat.

An upper body support system for a vehicle seat provides support of a person's head and body via a body portion that extends down along the seat back rest from a stabilizer portion that extends over the top of the seat. The body portion may extend down a substantial portion of the back rest to provide support of the person's upper body. The bottom end of the support is secured by a base strap that is configured to form an anchor loop that is couple with a seat anchor of the vehicle seat. The top of the support is secured to a pair of head rest posts by a head rest strap assembly. This arrangement of securing the top and bottom of the support provides effective stability for a person to lean there against and enables the body portion to be configured in an offset angle from vertical for comfort.

An upper body support system for a vehicle seat provides support of a person's head and body via a body portion that extends down along the seat back rest from a stabilizer portion that extends over the top of the seat. The body portion may extend down a substantial portion of the back rest to provide support of the person's upper body. The bottom end of the support is secured by a base strap that is configured to form an anchor loop that is couple with a seat anchor of the vehicle seat. The top of the support is secured to a pair of head rest posts by a head rest strap assembly. This arrangement of securing the top and bottom of the support provides effective stability for a person to lean there against and enables the body portion to be configured in an offset angle from vertical for comfort.

A headrest (1) for a vehicle includes a main element (2) on which a wing element (3) is mounted by means of a hinge (4) so as to be rotatable about a substantially vertical axis. So as to create a frictional locking function, the hinge (4) includes a shaft (41) with a projection (43) as well as a bush (42) with a receptacle (44) that is associated with the projection (43). The shaft (41) is mounted in the bush (42), and in a locked position the projection (43) engages into the receptacle (44).

The head and neck support system includes a pair of rods, a frame having an upper portion and a lower portion, and a pad having an attachment device, a first surface and a second surface. The pad wraps around the frame so as to form a loop to hold the head of a user against the second surface. A system for securing a human head in an upright position during sitting is presented. The device includes a band, a pad section, and an attachment member. The band is configured to wrap around a portion of the head and a sitting device. The pad section is coupled to the band and configured to engage a portion of the human head. The attachment member secures the band around the head in order to maintain the upright orientation of the head. Additive materials and safety members may be used to increase comfort, function, and safety of the device.
