The method further includes providing the set of seat bolsters for the user based on the determined design.

An adjustable vehicle-mounted pillow device includes a pillow body, a slideway cavity on one side of the pillow body, a cover plate on an outer side of the slideway cavity, a fixing seat movably connected in the slideway cavity, a connection head clamped in the fixing seat, and a shaft body on one side of the connection head. The support device has a first elongated bolster cushion configured to support a first thoracic side of the user, a second elongated bolster cushion configured to support a second thoracic side of the user, a first adjustable strap coupled to a upper portion of the first elongated bolster cushion and an upper portion of the second elongated bolster cushion such that the strap connects each of the first and second elongated bolster cushions on their respective lower portions, a second adjustable strap coupled to a lower portion of the first elongated bolster cushion and a lower portion of the second elongated bolster cushion such that the strap connects each of the first and second elongated bolster cushions on their respective lower portions, wherein when the first adjustable strap is tightened the upper portions of the first and second elongated bolsters move towards each other such that the first and second elongated bolsters for a tapered shape with respect to the other to support the user's thoracic sides, neck, head of the user or any combination thereof.

Upper body support system
An upper body support system for a vehicle seat provides support of a person's head and body via a body portion that extends down along the seat back rest from a stabilizer portion that extends over the top of the seat. The body portion may extend down a substantial portion of the back rest to provide support of the person's upper body. The bottom end of the support is secured by a base strap that is configured to form an anchor loop that is couple with a seat anchor of the vehicle seat. The top of the support is secured to a pair of head rest posts by a head rest strap assembly. This arrangement of securing the top and bottom of the support provides effective stability for a person to lean there against and enables the body portion to be configured in an offset angle from vertical for comfort.
