AUTOMOBILE HEADREST
An automobile headrest includes a mounting component, a pillow portion detachably connected with the mounting component, a movable block provided with engaging protrusions arranged vertically, a side of the pillow portion adjacent to the mounting component is provided with a groove, at least part of the movable block is movably arranged in the groove, an end of the movable block disposed with the engaging protrusions is exposed from a groove opening of the groove, the pillow portion is provided with a vertically oriented slideway adjacent to the groove opening, the mounting component is provided with a sliding block matched with the slideway, the sliding block is provided with an engagement portion matched with the engaging protrusions, the sliding block is arranged in the slideway, the engaging protrusions are protruded from the groove opening and partially arranged in the engagement portion, when the pillow portion is connected with the mounting component.
Head securing assembly
A head securing assembly for supporting a user's head while sleeping and sitting upright in a seat includes a pair of clamps that is each positionable on a top side of a backrest of a seat in a vehicle. Each of the clamps is positioned on opposite sides of a headrest post with respect to each other. A support is coupled to each of the clamps and the support is directed forwardly from the backrest of the seat. A pair of cushions is each slidably coupled to the support and each of the cushions can be positioned on opposite sides of a user's head when the user sits in the seat. In this way the user's head is inhibited from tipping to the left or to the right when the user is sleeping.
Head stabilizer
The head stabilizer includes a suspender having a pair of bracket connectors that couple to a vehicle seat and a downwardly extending vertical positioning rod having a size and shape for select slide-on reception of a lateral support unit. The lateral support unit may be secured in a desired vertical position along the rod through locking engagement with one or more notches therein. The lateral support unit includes a pair of head pads that can be drawn in to provide side-to-side support for the user's head and a headband may couple between the pair of head pads and across the forehead to provide pitch support for the head.
