BACK FRAME STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE SEAT
A back frame structure of a vehicle seat including: first and second side frames; and an upper frame that connects the first and second side frames, wherein the first side frame has a constant cross section and the second side frame has a constant cross section, wherein an outline shape of the cross section of the first side frame and an outline shape of the cross section of the second side frame are in line symmetry with respect to a centerline of the back frame in a left and right direction, and wherein a geometrical moment of inertia of the cross section of the first side frame is larger than a geometrical moment of inertia of the cross section of the second side frame.
Vehicle seat, and headrest support device for vehicle seat
A vehicle seat includes a seat back frame. The vehicle seat includes a suspension mat disposed within the seat back frame. The vehicle seat includes a linking member that elastically supports the suspension mat at the seat back frame. The vehicle seat includes a bushing that is disposed at an upper portion of the seat back frame. The vehicle seat includes a hollow stay inserted into the bushing, the stay protruding upward from the upper portion of the seat back frame. The vehicle seat includes a headrest fixed at an upper end of the stay. An upper end of the linking member is inserted into the stay from a lower end of the stay that is inserted into the bushing.
DEVICE FOR THE VARIABLE FIXING OF A HEADREST TO A SEAT OF A VEHICLE
A device for the variable fixing of a headrest to a vehicle seat, having a receptacle (1), which forms a receiving space (5) for receiving a headrest support (6), and having a locking rocker (7) which, by means of an actuation movement of an actuation element (11), can be rotated from a locking position, in which a locking section (18) of the locking rocker (7) projects into the receiving space, into a release position, in which the locking section (18) does not project into the receiving space or projects into the receiving space (5) to a lesser extent than in the locking position, is characterized in that the direction of the actuation movement is not oriented perpendicular to the axis of rotation (25) about which the locking rocker (7) is rotatable.
Vehicle seat trim member and assembly
A vehicle seat trim assembly for concealing a vehicle seat frame is provided with at least two adjacent panels, which are oriented at angles relative to each other. At least one slot extends through the at least two adjacent panels. An interior lining is formed from a flexible nonwoven fabric material and sewn within the at least one slot. The interior lining includes a slot with a width smaller than the width of the at least one slot in the at least two adjacent panels to enclose the slot in the at least two adjacent panels and to deform to provide clearance for a head restraint post. An embroidered seam is sewn into the vehicle seat trim member around the at least one slot and sewn into the interior lining to attach the interior lining to the at least two adjacent panels.

ADJUSTABLE HEAD RESTRAINT ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE SEATS
A head restraint assembly is provided with a head restraint frame mounted to a post for movement along the post for adjustment relative to a vehicle seat. The head restraint frame has a contact surface. A biasing member is mounted to the head restraint frame for movement relative to the head restraint frame to maintain the head restraint frame in a locked condition along the post. An actuation member is mounted to the head restraint frame for movement relative to the head restraint frame. The actuation member cooperates with the biasing member such that movement of the actuation member moves the biasing member, thereby disengaging the biasing member from the post to permit movement of the head restraint along the post such that the biasing member engages the contact surface in the second position to provide feedback to the user of an unlocked condition of the head restraint frame.
ADJUSTABLE HEADREST FOR MOTOR VEHICLE SEAT
An adjustable headrest for motor vehicle seat. The headrest includes a support structure fixed to a backrest and a body having a front shell and a rear shell. The front shell has a front face intended for contact with the head of a user of the seat, the front face being movable relative to the support structure along a front-rear direction denoted X, over a total travel distance. The total travel distance is formed by a first travel portion provided by a mounting enabling translational movement of the body relative to the support structure while maintaining the position of the front shell relative to the rear shell substantially constant. The total travel distance is also formed by a second travel portion provided by a mounting enabling translational movement of the front shell alone relative to the rear shell.
Backrest with carrier module for a headrest, and seat
A backrest may have a seat back structure and a carrier module for a headrest. The carrier module may have at least one carrier element arranged on an upper portion of the seat back structure and fixedly connected to the seat back structure. The carrier module may also have at least one supporting element adapted to support the carrier element. The at least one carrier element may have a receiving space configured to receive the headrest and a fixing structure projected towards into the receiving space and adapted to detachably fasten the supporting element to the carrier element. The backrest may be used with a seat.

Headrest support structure
A headrest support having a hollow cylindrical shape and into which a headrest stay is inserted, is inserted into a bracket that has a hollow cylindrical shape and is fixed to a seat back frame. A protrusion, a tip end of which is a pivot center of the headrest support, formed such that a protrusion amount thereof increases in response to insertion of the headrest stay, is provided on an outer peripheral surface of this headrest support.
