MASSAGE APPARATUS
A massage apparatus including: a base; a pair of air bags including a first air bag and a second air bag, the first air bag and the second air bag being vertically overlapped while being displaced from each other, the first air bag being disposed on an upper side of the second air bag, and the first air bag and the second air bag being joined to each other at an overlapped site; and an air injection and discharge section arranged to be connected to the first air bag, inject air into the first air bag, and discharge the air from the first air bag, wherein a coupling section including a through hole arranged to communicate the pair of air bags with each other is provided at a site where the pair of air bags is joined to each other, and a fixing section arranged to rotatably fix the first air bag to the base is provided in a portion of the first air bag, the portion being not overlapped with the second air bag.
FOOT MASSAGE ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE
A foot massage assembly for a vehicle, may simultaneously provide a foot massage and a heating function and may include a plate mounted on a seatback for a vehicle, a bladder unit spaced from the plate at an interval and provided with a plurality of bladder cells, wherein air is supplied to or exhausted from an inside of the bladder cells for pressurizing passenger's soles, and a heat wire mat positioned to cover the bladder unit and provided with a heat wire.
DEVICE FOR VEHICLE FOR SUPPORTING AND MASSAGING PASSENGER'S NECK
A device configured for a vehicle for supporting and massaging a neck of a passenger is provided. The device is configured such that a neck support pad is integrally formed on a lower end portion of a headrest to hold up and support the neck of a passenger, and a massage device is mounted in the neck support pad to massage the neck of the passenger, thus stably supporting and massaging the neck of the passenger sitting on a seat.
Actuator arrangement for a seat and adjusting method
An actuator arrangement for a seat includes a plurality of traction members and an actuator coupled to the plurality of traction members. The actuator has at least one first drive member which is rotatably supported. The actuator may include a second drive member which is supported moveably relative to the at least one first drive member. The traction members are coupled to the at least one first drive member so that rotation of the at least one first drive member gives rise to a cyclical change in the traction applied by the traction members.
Wakefulness-maintenance apparatus
A wakefulness-maintenance apparatus applies a stimulus, which is not perceived to be unpleasant to most seated persons, to a seated person, and effectively maintaining the wakefulness of the seated person. After a control device provided to the wakefulness-maintenance apparatus stimulates the seated person using a first stimulus at a timing close to a human heartbeat, if an index showing the wakefulness of the seated person departs within a predetermined time from a standard indicating that the wakefulness has been maintained, the control device drives a stimulus device to stimulate the seated person using a second stimulus having a timing that differs from the first stimulus.
Driver assist system for vehicle
A driver assist system for a vehicle includes at least one non-visual sensor and a forward-viewing camera disposed that is part of a multi-camera vision system of the vehicle that includes at least two side cameras and a rear backup camera. A video display screen is viewable by a driver of the vehicle when the driver is normally operating the vehicle. During a driving or parking maneuver of the vehicle, images derived, at least in part, from image data captured by at least some of the cameras are displayed by the video display screen, and at least one indication is provided to the driver of the vehicle during the driving maneuver. A unitary image is synthesized from image data captured by the multi-camera vision system and approximates a view as would be seen by a virtual camera at a single location exterior of the vehicle.
System and apparatus for generating vibration of seat of vehicle in sync with music
A system for generating a vibration of a seat of a vehicle in sync with music outputted from an audio device using an electric motor included in the seat to adjust the seat in forward and backward directions and upward and downward directions includes: an electric-motor multiple-control circuit configured to receive a signal of a seat position adjustment switch and a signal of an audio switch, generate a driving current required to vibrate the seat, and output the driving current to an electric motor. The electric motor receives a signal from the electric-motor multiple-control circuit and generates a motor torque while being driven, and the generated motor torque is transferred to the seat to generate a target vibration in the seat.
Seat unit, vehicle, and conveyance seat
The time required to complete current-to-target state transitions of a plurality of movable portions constituting a seat is shortened. A seat unit 1 includes an occupant support portion S1, a plurality of movable mechanisms respectively moving a plurality of parts constituting the occupant support portion S1, and an ECU 40 controlling respective operations of the plurality of movable mechanisms. The ECU 40 causes each of the plurality of movable mechanisms to undergo a transition from a current state to a target state and the plurality of movable mechanisms have a first movable mechanism requiring a longest time for the transition. The ECU 40 causes the transitions of the plurality of movable mechanisms other than the first movable mechanism to be completed by completion of the transition of the first movable mechanism from the current state to the target state.
Massaging Chair Assembly
A massaging chair assembly includes a pad that is positionable on a seat in a vehicle. A plurality of massage units is each integrated into the pad and each of the massage units abuts the user when the user sits on the pad. Each of the massage units orbits about a central point when the massage units are turned on to massage the user. A heating element is integrated into the pad and the heating element heats the pad to warm the user when the user sits on the pad. A control unit is integrated into the pad and the control unit is in electrical communication with each of the massage units and the heating element. A remote control is provided and the remote control is in wireless communication with the control unit for controlling operational parameters of the massage units and the heating element.
METHOD FOR OPERATING A SEAT SYSTEM, A SEAT SYSTEM AND VEHICLE
A method for operating a seat system, where the seat system includes a vehicle seat having a plurality of controllable moveable elements integrated into a seat cushion that forms a seat surface and/or into a seat back, includes prompting, during an activated muscle training program, a user on the vehicle seat to exert a pressure with a specific body region of the user on a predetermined region of the vehicle seat in which at least one of the plurality of controllable moveable element is arranged and determining a local and a temporal deviation between a pressure exerted by the user as an input signal and a specification as an output signal.
