The vehicle includes a panel supported by the roof and pivotable from a stowed position at the roof to a deployed position in front of the seating area. The vehicle includes an airbag supported by the panel and inflatable from an uninflated position to an inflated position. The vehicle includes a pyrotechnic inflator in fluid communication with the airbag.

A support assembly for a vehicle is provided that includes a base fixedly coupled to a vehicle interior, a panel disposed on the base, and a track assembly disposed between the base and the panel. The track assembly includes a track and an actuator slidably coupled with the track and coupled with the panel and movable from a first position to a second position to move the panel from a stored position to a deployed position.

For example a vehicle computing system can receive occupancy data that includes information associated with occupancy of a vehicle that includes seats. One or more states of the vehicle can be determined. The states of the vehicle can include a disposition of any object that is within the vehicle. Further, a configuration of the seats in the vehicle can be determined based on the occupancy data and the states of the vehicle. The configuration can include a disposition of the seats inside the vehicle. Furthermore, at least one of the seats can be adjusted based on the configuration that was determined.

In order to suppress a claustrophobic feeling that a person sitting on a rear seat receives due to a front seat, and to make the front seat easy to use as an ottoman by the person, a movement adjustment system is used for a passenger seat and a rear seat, and includes a slide rail for moving the rear seat in the front to back direction, and a control part for changing the movement region of the rear seat by the slide rail. The passenger seat has a seat cushion, and a seat back mounted to be changeable between an upright state and a lowered state with respect to the seat cushion. The control part changes the movement region so that the passenger seat and the rear seat can come closer when the seat back of the passenger seat is in the lowered state than in the upright state.

The apparatus including: an arm pivotally securing the table to the apparatus wherein the apparatus via the arm moves the table from a first position in a first linear direction; a deviating point that contacts the arm and pivots the table about a first axis when the arm contacts the deviating point; and an arm member slidably secured to the table at one end and pivotally secured to the arm at another end, wherein the arm member is pivotally secured to the arm and wherein pivotal movement of the table and the arm member with respect to the arm is prevented when the table extends over a pivot axis between the arm and the arm member.

Heater device

A heater device for warming a user has a heater panel including a planar heating element which generates heat by energization, a first heat radiation surface formed on one surface side of the heating element, and a second heat radiation surface formed on the other surface side of the heating element. The temperature of the first heat radiation surface is higher than the temperature of the second heat radiation surface. In the heater panel, the first heat radiation surface is configured as a non-contact heater that warms the user in a non-contact manner, and the second heat radiation surface is configured as a contact heater that warms the user in a contact manner.

A table device for an interior of a vehicle includes a table element that is positionable from a non-use position into a use position. The table element, secured to a pivot arm in the non-use position, forms a trim element of a center console of the vehicle. The pivot arm is secured to a frame element and the frame element is guided by a guide element through a predefined movement path. The frame element is liftable by a first drive unit through the predefined movement path such that the table element pivots out in part, through a predefined angle, from a housing formed by the center console. The table element is liftable by a second drive unit into the use position.

The attachment device has two attachment regions to which the at least one vehicle console is locked via the at least one locking element, and wherein the attachment device has, at an electrically contacted attachment region of the two attachment regions, an at least second electrical contact surface corresponding to the first electrical contact surface; and a control unit that is electrically connected to the at least one second electrical contact surface and is equipped to sense the electrical contact between the at least one first electrical contact surface and the at least second electrical contact surface and to issue a command.
