A carpet with wire harness includes: a carpet main body; a wire harness arranged on the carpet main body; a retaining tab having a portion near a base end connected to the carpet main body and, together with the carpet main body, wrapping up and holding the wire harness by folding back a portion near a forefront end of the retaining tab; and an attachment portion attaching the retaining tab to the carpet main body by passing an insertion portion through the carpet main body and a portion of the retaining tab nearer to the forefront end than the portion covering the wire harness. The carpet main body is attached to a vehicle body panel by inserting the insertion portion through the vehicle body panel.
