Textile or non-textile sheet and/or fabric with electrical function
The present invention relates to a flat-shaped article with an electrical function for placement in a functional tone. Provision is made that, even after having been placed, the flat-shaped article can again be removed without being destroyed from the functional zone.
EXTRUDED NIB DESIGN FOR AUTOMOTIVE FLOOR MATS
A floor mat and a method of forming thereof, wherein the floor mat includes a backing layer embossed to provide a plurality of nibs extending from a surface of the backing layer while the backing layer remains molten. Each of the nibs is tiered, including a frusto-conical base and a tip extending from the frusto-conical base, the nibs having a maximum diameter in the range of 0.5 to 3.0 mm and an overall height in the range of 1.5 mm to 5 mm. In addition, each nib is located within a column and a row and is offset from at least one other nib present in the column and at least one other nib present in the row.
SWAP OUT APPARATUS, METHOD AND ARTICLE OF MANUFACTURE.
An apparatus, method and article of manufacture for all vehicles to implement tile or heavy duty rubber interior are provided. Moreover, the disclosed apparatus is flexible and water proof. In addition, unlike carpet the disclosed apparatus and method of introducing tile or heavy duty rubber to the interior of vehicles would benefit the user by reducing odors and other toxins.
Mat fastener
In a mat fastener for preventing a mat disposed on a carpet provided on a vehicle body panel from moving, a first fixing member is fixed to the carpet. A second fixing member is fixed to the mat. An operational mounting member is arranged to mount the second fixing member to the first fixing member. The first fixing member includes a supporting portion arranged to support the operational mounting member, and an engaging portion arranged to hold the second fixing member. The second fixing member includes a locked portion arranged to be locked on the operational mounting member, and an engaged portion arranged to be engaged with the engaging portion in a state where the second fixing member is mounted to the first fixing member by the operational mounting member.
Floor mat for a vehicle
A floor mat for a vehicle includes a first panel, a second panel pivotably coupled to the first panel, and an actuator operably coupled to and positioned beneath the first panel. The actuator is operable to move the first panel in a vehicle-forward direction from a first position to a second position. Movement of the first panel toward the second position causes the second panel to pivot relative to the first panel from a lowered position to a raised position. In the lowered position of the second panel, the vehicle-uppermost portion of the second panel is positioned at a first vehicle-elevation. In the raised position of the second panel, the vehicle-uppermost portion of the second panel is positioned at a second vehicle-elevation that is greater than the first vehicle-elevation.
Mat fixing clip for vehicle carpet
A mat fixing clip of a vehicle carpet that is configured to fix the clip to the carpet by one fastener and then to fix the fixed fastener in advance while being covered by another fastener, and doubly couples and fixes the clip to the carpet using these fasteners, thereby easily and quickly mounting the clip to the carpet to improve assembling characteristics, and fixes the clip twice to prevent the clip once mounted from being detached from the carpet and improve the coupling force. In particular, a mat fixing clip of a vehicle carpet that enables the two fasteners to fix the carpet in opposite directions, thereby being able to complement the coupling strength at the coupling site and further enhance the coupling strength.
Multi-vehicle retention grommet
A retention grommet has a bottom grommet and a top grommet. A floor cover retention flange extends radially outwardly from an outer sidewall of the bottom grommet. The outer sidewall extends upwardly from the retention flange to a hinge plane of the bottom grommet. Plural fingers are disposed around the bottom grommet axis so as to be angularly spaced from each other and an inner surface of the outer sidewall. An upper end of each finger is joined to the outer sidewall at the hinge plane. Near a free, downwardly displaced end of each finger, a retention bead is formed to have an upwardly and radially outwardly inclined surface. This surface engages a retention post of any of several vehicle foot well affixation devices, one of which is adapted to be affixed to a carpeted surface and another of which is adapted to be affixed to a smooth surface.
Band clip and assembly
A band clip (1000) that suppresses projection from a sheet includes a binding band (1020) and a clip (1021). The binding band (1020) includes a head (1040) and a strap (1041) and the clip (1021) includes retainers (1060) as linear objects, a penetrating body (1061) as a linear object and a piercing stopper (1062) as a plate-like object. One end of the penetrating body (1061) is coupled to a base end of each of the retainers (1060). The retainers (1060) are respectively at an angle not larger than 90 to the penetrating body (1061), arranged in a distributed manner in a circumferential direction and resiliently deformable to extend along the penetrating body (1061). Another end of the penetrating body (1061) is coupled to a first principal surface (1160) of the piercing stopper (1062). The head (1040) is coupled to a second principal surface (1161) of the piercing stopper (1062).
AUTOMOBILE FLOOR MAT
An improved floor mat with inlays made out of wood, aluminum, carbon fiber or other decorative materials for automobiles. The floor mat has strategically placed inlays to increase durability, while also complimenting the decorative nature of the mats. The inlays are beveled in a way as to add to the aesthetic look of the floor mat. The bevel of the inlay creates seamless transition between inlay and the untrimmed carpet fibers
Vehicular floor mat system
A mat system for a vehicle floor that has a floor mat retainer defining a fixed first vertical axis. The floor mat system includes an adapter portion and a mat portion. The adapter portion has a first receiver to enable engagement of the adapter portion to the mat and a plurality of second receivers to enable engagement of the adapter portion to the mat retainer at a selected one of a multitude of locations. Each engagement of the adapter portion to the mat retainer is rotational about the fixed first vertical axis, according to a selection from the plurality of second receivers.
