Vehicle having floor mat assembly
A floor mat assembly includes an extended floor mat and a connecting floor mat. The extended floor mat includes a floor portion and an interlocking portion. The interlocking portion extends from the floor portion and includes a body, at least one first rib and at least one second rib. The body defines a channel. The at least one first rib and the at least one second rib are disposed within the channel and cooperate to form a compartment. The connecting floor mat includes a floor portion and an adapter portion. The adapter portion extends from the floor portion and includes at least one locking tab. The extended floor mat and the connecting floor mat interlock when the at least one locking tab is received in the compartment, thereby restricting lateral movement of the extended floor mat and the connecting floor mat relative to each other.
Vehicle floor mat with stowable barriers
A vehicle floor mat for a passenger foot well or a cargo area of an automotive vehicle comprising a mat body and first and second barriers mounted to the mat body. The first and second barriers are moveable between a stowed position, in which the first and second barriers are at least partially received within the mat body, and a deployed position, in which the first and second barriers extend away from the mat body. Each of the first and second barriers comprises a support arm housed within a boot. When the first and second barriers are in the deployed position, opposing surfaces of the first and second barriers together define a confined region therebetween in which a package can be contained during transportation thereof.
INTERIOR FINISHING MEMBER FOR DRIVER'S CAB IN WORK VEHICLE, COVER FOR OPERATION LEVER IN WORK VEHICLE, AND WORK VEHICLE
An interior finishing member for a driver's cab in a work vehicle includes a bellows. The bellows is configured to be provided at an inner wall to separate an outside and an inside of the driver's cab. The bellows has a hole via which the outside communicates with the inside and through which an operation lever is configured to pass.
TRIM COMPONENT FOR COVERING AN INTERIOR SPACE OF A MEANS FOR TRANSPORTING PASSENGERS AS WELL AS METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH A TRIM COMPONENT
The present invention relates to a trim component for covering an interior space of a means for transporting passengers, in particular a vehicle, wherein the trim component includes a compressed natural fiber composite element with at least one side that is visible from the interior space of the means for transporting passengers and that forms a natural fiber surface with a structure of natural fibers, and a protective varnish layer applied onto the natural fiber surface and surrounding the natural fibers, with the protective varnish layer being designed such that the structure of natural fibers can be felt. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing such a trim component and a means for transporting passengers having such a trim component.
VEHICLE FLOOR MAT WITH STORABLE BARRIERS
A vehicle floor mat for a passenger foot well or a cargo area of an automotive vehicle comprising a mat body, first and second cavities formed in the mat body, and first and second barriers respectively configured for receipt within the first and second cavities when the first and second barriers are horizontally oriented in a stored position. The first and second barriers can be moved from the stored position to an extended position, wherein the first and second barriers are vertically oriented and extend at least partially above a top surface of the mat body. In the extended position, opposing surfaces of the first and second barriers together define a confined region therebetween in which a package can be contained during transportation thereof.
NEEDLE PUNCHED CARPET
A needle punched carpet for use in a car is disclosed. The needle punched carpet comprises at least a needle punched facing layer defining a top layer and made of staple fibers. The staple fibers comprise hollow fibers having a hollow fiber content that is at least more than 45 weight % of the total staple fibers.
ONE-PIECE FLOORBOARD STORAGE COMPARTMENT
Disclosed is a one-piece floorboard storage compartment (100) for a front passenger side floorboard of a vehicle comprising a lower tray (105) and upper tray (150) which may be one-piece and may be used on top of a floorboard basin (A) of a vehicle to conceal for an least one concealed valuable (315) within an inner compartment (240) between the lower tray (105) and the upper tray (150).
Mold for forming a foam pad with intersecting ridges
A molded foam is provided in which even when a force in a sliding direction is applied to another member in contact with its surface, the occurrence of a shift in position relative to the other member can effectively be prevented and the occurrence of unusual noise due to rubbing between its surface and the other member can effectively be prevented. The molded foam is formed by heating expandable resin particles filled into a foaming mold. The molded foam has a plurality of first ridges arranged in one direction and a plurality of second ridges arranged in another direction and disposed so as to intersect the first ridges, the first and second ridges being provided on the surface of the molded foam.
Blast mat configuration
A vehicle includes a frame, multiple tractive assemblies engaging the frame, a cabin coupled to the frame, and a blast mat. The cabin includes a seat configured to support an occupant and multiple walls at least partially defining a footwell configured to receive the feet of the occupant when the occupant is seated in the seat. The blast mat is positioned within the footwell and configured to absorb energy from an explosion, thereby reducing energy transferred into the feet of the occupant due to the explosion. The blast mat has a top surface and a bottom surface. At least a portion of the bottom surface of the blast mat engages at least one of the walls. A thickness of the blast mat is defined between the top surface and the portion of the bottom surface engaging at least one of the walls. The thickness varies throughout the blast mat.
