Wireless smart mat
A wireless smart mat receives a sensing signal detected by a transmitting end, and comprises a foot mat, and a display mat unit comprising a frame with a recess to form an accommodating portion for accommodating a power supply module and a magnetic element; a backlight module disposed in the recess and comprising at least one circuit board electrically connected to the power supply module and provided with light-emitting members; at least one magnetic sensing module disposed on the circuit board; a first wireless transmission and receiving module for receiving the sensing signal; a gravity sensing module for detecting a change in acceleration and generating a voltage signal; a first control module for turning on and off the backlight module; a panel accommodated in the recess; and a bottom plate assembled on another side of the frame. The display mat unit is installed in the foot mat.
Method for displaying an image or scenery on a floor mat or floor liner
A method for applying an image to a floor mat or floor liner including applying a layer of ink to a first side of a clear applique; bonding, with a bonding agent, the first side of the clear applique to a surface of a substrate; and heating the applique and substrate to a first temperature such that the adhesive cures; heating the bonded substrate to a second temperature, such that the surface of the substrate becomes malleable; and forming a scene into the surface of the substrate.
Silencer for automobile and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention discloses a silencer for automobile. The silencer is formed by press molding. The silencer has a first molded surface and a second molded surface which are opposite to each other in a thickness direction. The silencer at least includes a first fiber layer on which the first molded surface is formed and a second fiber layer integrated with an opposite surface to the first molded surface, the opposite surface being on the first fiber layer. Fibers of the second fiber layer exist partly on the opposite surface on the first fiber layer.
Device for covering a floor pan of a motor vehicle and method for producing the device
The present invention is directed to a device for at least partially covering a vehicle floor pan of a motor vehicle, comprises a carrier element made at least by a hard foam material, a vibration decoupling element made at least by a soft foam material, a surface layer to visually cover the device from the top, wherein the device has a shield element, which is made at least by a plastic material and is configured for accepting, absorbing and distributing the energy of a localized impact stress, which is applied on the device from above against the shield element. The present invention is also directed to a method for producing the device.
WORKING MACHINE
A floor mat arranged in a working machine includes a floor portion, a wall portion arranged on a circumferential portion of the floor portion, and an opening portion arranged on a part of a connecting portion of the wall portion, the connecting portion connecting to the floor portion. The floor mat includes a mat main body arranged on the floor portion, a covering portion configured to cover the opening portion, and an connecting portion configured to connect the covering portion flexibly to a circumferential portion of the mat main body.
FLOOR MAT ATTACHMENT
A foot mat arrangement with a floor unit and a foot mat can be fastened to the floor unit. The foot mat can be fastened to the floor unit by means of a hook-and-loop connection. The hook-and-loop connection has a first hook-and-loop element, which is fastened to the floor unit by material bonding, in particular, by a welded connection. The first hook-and-loop element can have a loop pile fabric. The first hook-and-loop element is preferably fastened to an attachment. The attachment and/or a carpet can be fastened to a floor element of the floor unit, in particular, by a material bond. A vehicle may have such a foot mat arrangement and a method for producing the floor unit of such a foot mat arrangement is disclosed.
Vehicle floor mat assembly
A floor mat assembly includes an extended floor mat and a connecting floor mat. The extended floor mat includes a floor portion and an extension portion. The extension portion includes a plurality of apertures and a plurality of tabs. The connecting floor mat includes a floor portion, an extension portion, and an adaptor member. The extension portion of the connecting floor mat extends from the floor portion. The adaptor member extends from the extension portion and includes a plurality of apertures and protrusions. The extended floor mat and the connecting floor mat interlock when the plurality of tabs of the extended floor mat extend through the plurality of apertures of the adaptor member and the protrusions of the adaptor member extend through the plurality of apertures of the extended floor mat to restrict vertical and lateral movement of the extended floor mat and connecting floor mat relative to each other.
Insulation module for motor vehicle and motor vehicle
An insulation module for a floor of a motor vehicle includes a panel of a molded and bound fiber material. The panel extends along a longitudinal axis (X). At least one notch is formed in the thickness direction (D) of the panel and extends at an angle between 0 and 30 to the longitudinal axis (X). At least one incision is formed in an outer edge of the panel and extends at an angle between 80 and 100 to the longitudinal axis (X) of the panel.
Floor Mat Having Reduced Tuft Profile
This invention relates to a floor mat having reduced tuft profile on the backside of the textile component of the floor mat. The floor mat is comprised of a textile component and a base component. The textile component includes face yarn tufted through a primary backing layer. The reduced tuft profile is present on the backside of the textile component. Advantages of a floor mat with reduced tuft profile include improved uniformity of the secondary backing layer applied to the textile component and improved durability of the textile component.
CORE MEMBER
A core member used for a laminate in which polyurethane foam is laminated on the core member made of a thermoplastic resin expanded beads molded article, such that the molded article in which expanded beads having through holes are mutually fused, an average porosity of the expanded beads molded article is between 10% and 25%, and on a surface of the expanded beads molded article, a ratio of a total opening area of the through hole portions of the expanded beads to a surface area of the expanded beads molded article is between 2% and 5%, an average opening area of the through hole portions of the expanded beads is between 5 mm.sup.2 and 20 mm.sup.2, and the ratio of the number of through hole portions having an opening area of 2 mm.sup.2 or more to the number of through hole portions of the expanded beads is 60% or less.
