FLOOR MAT FOR A VEHICLE
A floor mat for a vehicle includes a first panel, a second panel pivotably coupled to the first panel, and an actuator operably coupled to and positioned beneath the first panel. The actuator is operable to move the first panel in a vehicle-forward direction from a first position to a second position. Movement of the first panel toward the second position causes the second panel to pivot relative to the first panel from a lowered position to a raised position. In the lowered position of the second panel, the vehicle-uppermost portion of the second panel is positioned at a first vehicle-elevation. In the raised position of the second panel, the vehicle-uppermost portion of the second panel is positioned at a second vehicle-elevation that is greater than the first vehicle-elevation.
Motorized seat
A motorized seat that may be used in various marine applications to help improve adjustability and user comfort. In one implementation, a left armrest motor, a right armrest motor, and a footrest motor are selectively controllable and configured to move the left armrest between a left armrest stowed position and a left armrest lowered position, the right armrest between a right armrest stowed position and a right armrest lowered position, and the footrest between a footrest stowed position and a footrest lowered position.
Vehicle
A vehicle provides a comfortable space for a wide range of passengers. The vehicle (1) includes a plurality of seats (31) arranged in a fore and aft direction in a cabin (5) of the vehicle, each seat being supported in the cabin so as to be rotatable around a vertically extending rotational axis. Preferably, at least one of the seats includes a support column (32) extending vertically from a floor (6) of the cabin, and a seat cushion (33) supported at an upper end of the support column so as to be rotatable around the vertically extending rotational axis.
Apparatus and method for controlling rear-seat leg support of vehicle seat
An apparatus for controlling a rear-seat leg support for a vehicle seat includes: a rear-seat leg support disposed at a lower side of a vehicle seat and that performs an upward-downward rotational operation and a forward-rearward slide operation; a passenger seat that performs a forward-rearward slide operation and a forward-rearward reclining operation; a drive unit that operates each of the rear-seat leg support and the passenger seat; a sensor unit connected to the drive unit and that detects a rotation angle and a slide position of the rear-seat leg support or a slide position and a reclining angle of the passenger seat; an input unit that receives an inputted operation instruction to operate the rear-seat leg support or the passenger seat; and a control unit that adjusts the slide position of the rear-seat leg support.
Deployable infill assembly and passenger seat construction
A deployable infill assembly and passenger seat construction. The infill assembly includes a cushion element deployable laterally along a low trajectory from a stowed position to a deployed position. The cushion assembly is coupled to a frame carrying guide tracks for guiding movement of the cushion assembly between the stowed and deployed positions. The cushion assembly is selectively deployable for use as a leg support, table or to complete a continuous bed. The infill assembly is packaged in a compact footprint well-suited for aircraft applications.
PASSENGER SEATING FOOT PEDESTAL
The present disclosure relates to foot pedestals for passenger vehicles. More specifically, the present disclosure describes a deployable foot pedestal that provides support and comfort to a passenger. The foot pedestal includes an internal torsion spring so that it remains stowed and flush with the rear of the seat back when not in use. It can be deployed for use by the passenger using their foot, or hand.
VEHICLE SEAT SUPPORT, SEAT ASSEMBLY COMPRISING SUCH A SUPPORT, AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING IN A VEHICLE
A vehicle seat support comprising two rails extending in a longitudinal direction, a central module slidably mounted on the rails and suitable for supporting the vehicle seat, a footrest slidably mounted on the rails in front of the central module and suitable for receiving the feet of an occupant seated on the seat, a first actuation system able to cause the central module to slide along the rails, and a second actuation system able to cause the footrest to slide along the rails independently of the central module.
FOOT REST ASSEMBLY FOR A SEAT OF A MOTORIZED VEHICLE
A foot rest assembly includes a foot rest member movable between a stowed position and a deployed position. The assembly further includes a leg having a first leg end coupled to the foot rest member and a second leg end, and an arm assembly including a flange and a track. The track includes a first track end and a second track end. A bearing assembly is coupled to the second leg end of the leg. In the deployed position, the bearing assembly and second leg end are located at the first end of the track. In the stowed position, the bearing assembly and second leg end are located at the second end of the track.
Vehicle seat control system, vehicle seat control method, and storage medium
A vehicle seat control system (1) includes an angle detection unit (308a) that detects an angle of a connection unit (308) that rotatably connects a seat surface portion to a backrest portion (302), a frame body (311) that includes a pair of vertical frames (311a, 311b) and a horizontal frame (311c) connecting the pair of vertical frames to each other and is provided to be stored in the seat surface portion, a leg support portion (312) including a first rotation shaft (Lb) parallel to an extending direction of the horizontal frame and is provided inside the frame body to be rotatable with respect to the frame body, a driving unit (315) that is provided at a proximal end (B1) of at least one of the pair of vertical frames and rotates the frame body taken out from the seat surface portion around a second rotation shaft (La) parallel to the extending direction of the horizontal frame, and a control unit (160) that controls the driving unit on the basis of a detection result of the angle detection unit at least at the time of automatic driving of the vehicle.
Vehicle interior equipment part, associated vehicle and manufacturing method
A vehicle interior equipment part, intended to be attached on a floor of the vehicle, that provides a heel rest for an occupant. The part includes a floor element having a first portion intended to extend in a substantially horizontal plane and a second portion intended to extend in a tilted plane relative to the first portion. The part further includes an inflatable heel rest attached on the second portion, the heel rest being reversibly deployable between a retracted idle position in which the heel rest is substantially flush with the second portion, and a deployed position in which the heel rest protrudes relative to the second portion.
