Storage compartment for a vehicle interior
A storage compartment is proposed for a vehicle interior, with a circumferential storage compartment wall, which extends at least substantially vertically and delimits a storage space, and with an insert, reversibly insertable into the storage compartment, with an outer wall and an inner wall, wherein the inner wall is designed partially circular in sections and wherein the insert has pressure elements on the inner wall in order to hold/fix at least one beverage container. The storage compartment is characterized in that an outer contour of the outer wall is substantially identical to an inner perimeter of the storage compartment wall, and in that first positioning elements are disposed on an inner side of the storage compartment wall and second positioning elements, corresponding to the first positioning elements, are disposed on an outer side of the outer wall and by interacting with the first positioning elements fix the insert in a predetermined position within the storage compartment.
Cupholder assembly and table including the same
A cupholder assembly adapted to be mounted to a support structure and a table including a cupholder assembly are provided. In one example, the cupholder assembly includes a housing that extends in a distal direction from a proximal housing portion to a distal housing portion. The housing is configured to pivotally couple to the support structure to move between a mounted position and a rotated position that is rotated relative to the mounted position. A cupholder subassembly is slidingly coupled to the housing to move between a stowed position substantially within the housing and a deployed position extending from the housing in the distal direction.
Sauce to go container
The invention of a “sauce to go container” provides a convenient way to hold sauces or condiments from restaurants in a motor vehicle without tipping or spilling the sauce on the interior of the automobile or its occupants. The sauce to go container is designed to slide into and fit snuggly into the cup holder or drink caddie with is standard in most motor vehicles, thereby holding the sauce from a restaurant or convenience store without spilling. The container has an opening at the top of the container for holding the sauce dish that is provided to customers in many restaurants for a “to go” order. The container holds the sauces or condiments securely to avoid sauce spills and stain damage to clothing as well as the car's interior.
CUPHOLDER ASSEMBLY
A selectively engageable and interlocking cupholder assembly, which may be used an aircraft or vehicle interior while in movement.
Systems, apparatus, and methods for ambulatory use of drinking containers
A holster assembly for use in retaining liquid containers includes a holster clip and a holster cup holder. The holster clip and the holster cup holder are configured to be selectively attached and detached from one another.
Cupholder and adapter for large containers during vehicle use
A cupholder adapter configured for use with an existing cupholder on a vehicle is provided. The cupholder adapter includes a cylindrical cupholder having a hollow internal volume, a collar attached to a top portion of the cylindrical cupholder, wherein the collar includes a plurality of tabs extending perpendicularly into the hollow internal volume, and an adapter base coupled to the cylindrical cupholder, wherein the adapter base includes a plurality of legs configured to expand and retract such that the diameter of the adapter base is configured to expand from a minimum diameter to a maximum diameter. The plurality of tabs includes tabs of different lengths and widths which enables and accommodates wide, tall, and narrow beverage containers during vehicle use. The adapter base is configured to install into the recessed cupholder near the console of most vehicles.
Additive manufactured aircraft seat components
A passenger includes at least one seat component including a first material and at least one additive manufactured component including a second material, the at least one additive manufactured component including a plurality of zones. The at least one additive manufactured component is attached to the at least one seat component. The at least one additive manufactured component includes a lattice structure. Each of the plurality of zones have different physical properties.
Vehicle holding unit
A vehicle holding unit includes a cupholder and an electronic heating unit. The cupholder has a sidewall defining a cup receiving area. The sidewall includes a heat source for providing heat to the cupholder. The electronic heating unit is integrated with the sidewall. The electronic heating unit has an electrical connector configured to be electrically connected to another electrical connector of a vehicle center console to draw electrical power from the another electrical connector to power the heat source.
Object retaining system for vehicles
An object retaining system adapted to operatively associate with an intrinsic, host seat track of a vehicle for retaining devices, containers, or the like within the cabin of the vehicle. The object retaining system may utilize a track arm to slidably engage the intrinsic host seat track, and a locking mechanism may be employed to secure such engagement. Selective adjustment of the elevation and location of the retaining object is also contemplated herein with adjustable height portions and pivotable connections disclosed.
