Holding device for a motor vehicle
A holding device for a motor vehicle for holding an object including a beverage container or a mobile device includes at least one active surface, one or more of a sensor system or a sensor surface for detecting at least part of the active surface, at least one adjustment means of the at least one active surface, and a control unit.
DEVICE FOR HOLDING A CONTAINER
A device for holding a container is disclosed. The device includes a base configured to support the container, a retaining mechanism configured to retain the container relative to the base, and an actuator mechanism coupled to the retaining mechanism. The retaining mechanism includes a longitudinal axis and an iris moveable between an insertion position and a retaining position. A central opening formed by the iris in the insertion position has an insertion diameter greater than a retaining diameter of the central opening formed by the iris in the retaining position. The iris includes a plurality of arms arranged in a first level and a second level. User rotation of the actuator mechanism in a first direction causes the arms of the iris to move to the retaining position, and user rotation of the actuator mechanism in a second direction opposite the first direction causes the arms of the iris to move away from the retaining position towards the insertion position.
Cup holder with adjustable depth
A cup holder with an adjustable depth includes: a cup-holder base, having at least one accommodation hole; a fixed cup holder, fixed in the accommodation hole of the cup-holder base; and a moveable cup holder, moveably sleeved over the fixed cup holder and capable of rotating around the fixed cup holder to ascend and descend, where during ascending and descending of the moveable cup holder, an inner cavity of the moveable cup holder and an inner cavity of the fixed cup holder jointly define a container placement hole for placement of containers of different heights. The present invention solves the problem that containers of different heights placed in the cup holder easily fall out when the automobile is accelerating, hard braking or travelling over uneven road surfaces. In addition, after the moveable cup holder descends to the lowest position, the moveable cup holder can completely overlap the fixed cup holder, so that the entire cup holder has a small height and is therefore suitable for installation in a thin interior trim part of the automobile, for example, in the armrest at the rear seat, thereby saving interior trim space in the automobile.
STORAGE ASSEMBLY AND VEHICLE CONSOLE EMPLOYING THE SAME
A storage assembly is provided to include a housing; a floor supported on the housing; an arm supported on the floor and elastically retractable between a retracted position and an extended position along a first direction; a drive member supported on the housing and including a cavity with an opening to receive a portion of the arm in the extended position; and a resistance member supported on the housing and including a shoulder at least partially retractably extendable through the opening to support the arm.
Storage compartment for a vehicle provided with a movable partition member
Storage compartment for a vehicle comprising: a receptacle having an interior volume; a movable partition member that can be moved in a sliding direction and partitions said interior volume, and; a locking device for locking the partition member in the sliding direction, comprising a first locking member provided on the receptacle and suitable for engaging with a second locking member provided on the partition member; the partition member being movable in an unlocking direction perpendicular to the sliding direction between a locked position in which the first and second locking members engage and a sliding position in which the first and second locking members are disengaged from each other, and the compartment comprising an elastic member biasing the partition member towards the locked position.
Device for holding a container
A device for holding a container includes a base configured to support the container, a retaining mechanism configured to retain the container relative to the base, and an actuator mechanism coupled to the retaining mechanism. The retaining mechanism includes an iris moveable between an insertion position and a retaining position. A central opening formed by the iris in the insertion position has an insertion diameter greater than a retaining diameter of the central opening formed by the iris in the retaining position. The iris includes a plurality of arms arranged in a first level and a second level. User rotation of the actuator mechanism in a first direction causes the arms of the iris to move to the retaining position, and in a second direction opposite the first direction causes the arms of the iris to move away from the retaining position towards the insertion position.
Apparatus for levelly supporting objects over an inclined surface
An apparatus supports objects on a level support plane above an underlying inclined surface, such as a vehicle seat. It comprises three or more substantially rectangular panels that are rotatably interconnected so as to form an isosceles triangular profile, in which the equal sides serve as support panels, and the shortest side is an elevation panel. Each support panel can incorporate one or more container retention structures on both its obverse and reverse surface. The apparatus is configurable, through the rotation of its panels, so that either surface of each support panel can provide the level support plane that supports objects.
Vehicle beverage holder
A vehicle center console holder for a vehicle that temporarily holds and continuously adjusts the orientation of a beverage container filled with a consumable liquid that prevents spills and allows easy removal and placement into the holder as the vehicle is moving. The holder includes a base with an upper hole with a smooth perimeter edge and a suspended beverage container vessel that fits into the upper hole and rests against the perimeter edge. The container vessel includes a downward extending, half-spherical upper member and a lower neck. Formed inside the container vessel is a center bore that receives a complimentary shaped beverage container. The upper member and the perimeter edge on the base are configured to form a gripping space between the beverage container and the upper member. When the vessel's lower neck is placed inside the upper hole, the base's perimeter edge simultaneously supports the upper member and allows the vessel to swivel freely when a beverage container is placed in the vessel.
Cup holder
A cup holder includes a holder main body having a retaining portion, the retaining portion being configured to receive and hold a beverage container on a bottom wall. The retaining portion includes an upper opening for receiving the beverage container, the bottom wall for supporting a bottom of the beverage container, and a side wall formed between the upper opening and the bottom wall, and has a cylindrical shape. An inner diameter at the upper opening is substantially the same as an inner diameter of the bottom wall.
ELECTRIC-POWERED MECHANICAL CUP HOLDER
The present disclosure relates to an electric-powered mechanical cup holder capable of elevating an accommodated container in a vertical direction. Disclosed is an electric-powered mechanical cup holder, including: a housing having a hollow hole for accommodating a container in an inside thereof; and an elevation device provided in a lower portion of the housing and configured to elevate or lower the container in a vertical direction. With this configuration, advantageous effects of improving convenience of a user can be obtained, since the cup holder is provided with an elevation device capable of elevating the accommodated container in the vertical direction, and adjusting a height of the container corresponding to a size of the container.
