SELF-PROPELLED VEHICLE FOR HANDLING GLASS-SHEET SUPPORTING RACKS
A self-propelled vehicle for handling glass-sheet supporting racks of the type comprising a front rack-supporting section and a rear drive section, both provided with ground-resting wheels; the front rack-supporting section comprising: an oblong chassis which is movable vertically with respect to the rear drive section, and is provided with two longitudinal beams that extend parallel to the vehicle longitudinal axis and delimit a large central compartment open at the front and adapted to accommodate a glass-sheet supporting rack; at least one pair of front ground-resting wheels that are located underneath said longitudinal beams; at least one optoelectronic sensing device which is adapted to control/scan the space in front of/facing the vehicle; and a support assembly which is integral with the oblong chassis, holds the optoelectronic sensing device, and is capable of moving said optoelectronic sensing device vertically relative to the oblong chassis.
PORTABLE HOT TUB
Provided herein are portable hot tubs comprising a hot tub, a frame, and a pivotable wheel assembly comprising a suspension system for adopting three positions, a transport position, a drain position, and a use position.
Trailer with positioning system
Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a trailer, including: a chassis and a plurality of positioning assemblies, each positioning assembly including a positioning arm configured to move between a first position in which the chassis is in a lowered position and a second position in which chassis is in a raised position.
Truck with lowerable bed
Provided is a truck with a lowerable bed for reducing the height difference between the ground and a payload area to provide easy loading and unloading. A traction system for a truck with a lowerable bed is also provided.
Vehicle for lifting, transporting, and lowering load carriers
A vehicle has at least two axles, each having at least one wheel for lifting, transporting, and lowering load carriers. A first axle is mounted in a chassis. Lifting elements are provided for lifting and lowering the load carriers. The distance of the second axle relative to the first axle can be changed in the horizontal longitudinal vehicle direction, and the lifting elements are lifted or lowered by a change in the distance of the second axle from the first axle. The at least one wheel of the first axle can be driven by a drive motor that is arranged on the chassis, and at least one lifting element is displaced horizontally inward or outward by the change in the distance of the second axle from the first axle in the transverse vehicle direction.
TILTABLE TRAILER COMPRISING MECHANICAL ACTUATION MEANS AND HIGH-POSITION LOCKING MEANS
A tiltable trailer that can assume a high, or road, position, and a low loading position in which the trailer is tilted with respect to the ground. The trailer includes wheels; a chassis mounted on an axle that pivots with respect to the wheels; an actuator for actuating the pivoting of the axle relative to the wheels to vary the position of the chassis with respect to the ground, the actuator including a flexible element secured to the axle and a tensioner attached to the chassis for adjusting tension of the flexible element; and a lock for locking the trailer in the high position, which is separate from the actuator. The lock includes a sliding locking bar, a first end of which is secured to the axle and a second end of which cooperates with a locking mechanism, mounted on the chassis, when the trailer is in the high position.
Truck with Lowerable Bed
Provided is a truck with a lowerable bed for reducing the height difference between the ground and a payload area to provide easy loading and unloading. A traction system for a truck with a lowerable bed is also provided.
Combine header transport device
A combine header transport device includes a header support member. A frame is in mechanical communication with the header support member. The frame includes a first frame member and a second frame member. The frame members are in a parallel relationship with each other. A first pair of wheel assemblies are rotatably connected to a first axle assembly. The first axle assembly is attached to the frame adjacent a first end thereof. A connector assembly is attached to the frame adjacent a second end thereof. The connector assembly provides an axis about which the combine header transport device is rotatable. The connector assembly includes a first connector and is configured so that a position of the first connector is adjustable in a vertical direction.
TRAILER HAVING RETRACTABLE AXLES
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a trailer having a frame suitable for transporting an item, such as an oil drilling pipe. The trailer includes a plurality of stabilizers for supporting the frame over a surface, at least one axle attached to a plurality of wheels. The trailer further includes an axle pin group includes first and second axle pins interconnected to respective hydraulic cylinders. The trailer further includes leaf springs connected to respective sides of the frame and mounted to the axle. Retraction of the axle pins away from the leaf springs enables movement of the frame with respect to the axle due to the weight of the frame, if the stabilizers are retracted. In this configuration, the frame can be raised and lowered with respect to the surface. Methods of use are also disclosed.
