Exercise grip and methods of forming exercise grips are disclosed. In one aspect, an exercise grip includes a wrist strap and a protective portion. The protective portion has a palm end and a finger end. The palm end is located closer to the wrist strap than the finger end. The finger end is formed offset from a centerline axis of the palm end of the protective portion.

A workout system 10 as well as playground systems 12 are disclosed. The system 10 and 12 are particularly advantageous because each system 10 or 12 may be secured to a particular terrain via adjustable support members 14 to permit the systems 10 and 12 to support themselves on the terrain without the need of installing cumbersome construction footings to support the systems 10 and 12 onto the ground. Furthermore, the systems 10 and 12 are adapted to adjust the height of the accessories such as horizontal lift up bars 16, parallel lift up bars 18, or monkey bars 20.

A pulley system of an exercise device for suspended weight training includes a first block with a first pulley, a second pulley, and a first attachment point. A second block is removably coupled to a weight and includes a third pulley and a second attachment point. A grip is configured to be held by a user while exercising and has a third attachment point. A line having a first line end is fixedly coupled to the grip and a second line end fixedly is coupled to a connection element. The connection element is configured to be selectively coupled to each of the first attachment point, the second attachment point, and the third attachment point, permits a user to reduce an effective amount of the weight lifted by the user with movement of the grip to a pre-selected fraction of the weight.

The present disclosure relates to a suspended body weight trainer that provides adjustability, is capable of withstanding significant forces, and is robust and resistant to wear and tear. More specifically, the disclosed suspended body weight trainer can be adjustable as to: different strap lengths, so that the grips may be adjusted as desired, based upon user height or exercise being performed; how the grips operate; and the different kinds of grips (or other user-interface devices such as, for example, handles, straps (to create a foot loop), balls, bars etc.) that can be used. In aspects of the disclosure, methods of mounting the straps of the suspended body weight trainer to an anchor providing improved usability and wear resistance thereof are also disclosed.

The present disclosure relates to an entertainment and leisure device and a method of installing the same. The present application includes various embodiments of apparatuses, systems, kits, and methods for physical exercise of a user. Some embodiments, for example, include an apparatus comprising: a strap having a first end, a second end, a length between the first end and the second end, the strap having an elastic portion between and spaced apart from the first end and the second end; a first handle configured to be coupled to the strap on a first side of the elastic portion such that the first handle is spaced apart from the elastic portion; a second handle configured to be coupled to the strap on a second side of the elastic portion such that the second handle is spaced apart from the elastic portion; and one or more suspension members configured to be coupled (i) to the strap at a first point between the elastic portion and the first handle, and at a second point between the elastic portion and the second handle, and (ii) to be coupled to a supporting structure.

The present application includes various embodiments of apparatuses, systems, kits, and methods for physical exercise of a user. Some embodiments, for example, include an apparatus comprising: a strap having a first end, a second end, a length between the first end and the second end, the strap having an elastic portion between and spaced apart from the first end and the second end; a first handle configured to be coupled to the strap on a first side of the elastic portion such that the first handle is spaced apart from the elastic portion; a second handle configured to be coupled to the strap on a second side of the elastic portion such that the second handle is spaced apart from the elastic portion; and one or more suspension members configured to be coupled (i) to the strap at a first point between the elastic portion and the first handle, and at a second point between the elastic portion and the second handle, and (ii) to be coupled to a supporting structure.

An exercise grip is disclosed. The exercise grip includes a protective portion and a wrist strap connected to a wrist end of the protective portion. The protective portion has a finger end in which three or four finger holes are defined. The protective portion also has a palm portion that extends from the finger holes to the wrist end. The protective portion varies in width from the wrist end to the finger end. The protective portion can be formed to cover an ulnar portion of a wrist when placed on a hand.
