EXERCISE GRIP
Exercise grip and methods of forming exercise grips are disclosed. In one aspect, an exercise grip includes a wrist strap and a protective portion. The protective portion has a palm end and a finger end. The palm end is located closer to the wrist strap than the finger end. The finger end is formed offset from a centerline axis of the palm end of the protective portion.
GYMNASTICS INSTALLATION WITH ROCKING MOTIONS
The invention relates to a gymnastics and therapy multifunctional installation by realizing rocking movements of the human body, wherein the installation comprises, configuration of liquid-containing spaces (1) by placing adjustable walls (2) with integrated support bars (3), a frame support base (4) in which a variable support frame is mounted, movable holders (52) mounted on the support frame and on the support bars (3) for mounting support components of the human body and cables (9), wherein on cables (9) a substrate base (10) is connected for the assembly of a substrate consisting various parts, where hand (16) and feet (15) parts of the substrate are used separately for exercises. A multifunctional device realizes the rocking movements by generating wave and currents through alternative components assembled into a chamber (24), transmitting movement in various system components and moving through arms (34) the frame support base (4) and support bars (3).
Personalizable modular fitness area
Disclosed is a reversibly installable modular fitness area including a plurality of modules, variously assemblage due to common stable and reversible connection system, which when joined together give rise to stage-like structures, each of which including one or more equipment pieces for carrying out fitness exercises. Especially opposite support modules have slingshot arm shape, and each of the stages is equipped with a display illustrating how to perform the exercise.
Strength training with hand hold strap adjustment device
A mechanism for adjusting the length of two straps making up a strength trainer of the type having a hand or foothold connected to a first strap and a second anchored strap. The mechanism has a rectangular ring mounted to move through a cross member engaged with a housing by a spring extended between the ring and the housing. A first strap is looped around a first member of the ring, while the second strap passes thought the ring below an opposite member and wrapping the cross member to pass through the ring a second time after passing between the opposite member of the ring and the second member so as to engage two high friction surfaces on the cross member and one on the ring. Adjustment is by rotating the housing and ring to be perpendicular to the load to unload the second strap from the high friction surfaces.
Exercise grip
An exercise grip is disclosed. The exercise grip includes a protective portion and a wrist strap connected to a wrist end of the protective portion. The protective portion has a finger end in which three or four finger holes are defined. The protective portion also has a palm portion that extends from the finger holes to the wrist end. The protective portion varies in width from the wrist end to the finger end. The protective portion can be formed to cover an ulnar portion of a wrist when placed on a hand.
Calisthenic Rings
An advanced calisthenic ring comprising a substantially annular shape and various contiguous and smoothly interfaced regions within multiple planes to avoid abrading a user's arms when a user is performing a muscle up exercise. In some embodiments the device can also comprise a support element integral with the advanced calisthenic ring to aid a user in adopting a false grip position and/or facilitate performance of a muscle up exercise.

Walking flat belt having hanging exercise means
The present application provides a walking flat belt with a hanging exercise means. The present invention uses a buckle flat belt to form a plurality of installation positions. The buckle flat belt is installed on the flat belt body through a shaped buckle. The plurality installation positions of the buckles on the walking flat belt can be adjusted. The user can adjust the distance between two adjacent snaps flat belts according to his own needs, so that the user can freely choose the distance between the hanging objects to meet the needs of the user, to achieve the purpose of exercise.
