ELECTRIC TAILGATE FOR ELECTRIC REFUSE VEHICLE
Another implementation of the present disclosure is a refuse vehicle. The refuse vehicle includes a chassis, a body coupled with the chassis, a tailgate, an electric lock, and a fully electric tailgate actuator assembly. The body assembly defines a refuse compartment. The tailgate is coupled with a rear of the body and is transitionable between a first position to limit access to the refuse compartment and a second position to allow access to the refuse compartment. The electric lock is operable between an engaged state and a disengaged state to limit movement of the tailgate out of the first position when the electric lock is in the engaged state. The fully electric tailgate actuator assembly is configured to transition the tailgate between the first position and the second position.
Automatic four bar linkage tailgate anchor point
A mechanically fastened outrigger arrangement provides an anchor point for an automatic four bar linkage tailgate. The mechanically fastened outrigger arrangement includes an outrigger arrangement support frame and an outrigger extending outward from the outrigger arrangement support frame to a distal end configured to support a tailgate actuation link. Outrigger braces also extend from the outrigger arrangement support frame to the distal end of the outrigger. A lower clamp is configured to secure the outrigger arrangement support frame to a lateral support of a truck, and a truck frame clamp is configured to secure the outrigger arrangement support frame to a truck frame.

TRANSLOCATABLE SLURRY-CONTAINING HOPPER
Several aspects of this disclosure relate to a translocatable hopper that is mounted for example at the forward part of a front-end loader vehicle. The hopper receives, re-positions and delivers a slurry to a jobsite and preferably is detachably attached to a vehicle. In several embodiments, the hopper is translocatable from a resting position to a delivery position through one or more intermediate positions. Preferably, a front wall has an outlet gate and a chute extending therefrom. The chute is configured to direct slurry into the jobsite, A rising and falling sluice gate is associated with the chute. The slurry moves outwardly from the chute when the sluice gate is at least partially opened as the hopper is placed at or near or above the delivery position above the jobsite.
Power tailgate motor mount cartridge assembly
A power tailgate assembly for a vehicle includes a tailgate configured to rotatably couple to the vehicle, the tailgate having an inner panel, an outer panel, a bottom panel, and first and second side panels defining an inner cavity. An opening is defined in at least one of the first side panel and the bottom panel, and a motor mount cartridge assembly is disposed in the inner cavity at least partially within the opening to at least partially conceal the motor mount cartridge assembly within the tailgate. When installed, the motor mount cartridge assembly covers the opening without need for a discrete cover for the opening.

DEBRIS HOPPER FOR A VEHICLE AND METHOD THEREOF
A vehicle includes a frame and a debris hopper including a door disposed along a side of the vehicle. The vehicle also includes front and rear lift assemblies supporting the debris hopper on the frame and configured to lift and tilt the debris hopper relative to the frame. Each lift assembly includes a transverse support mounted across the frame. A lift arm including a first end and an opposite second end, with the first end of the lift arm pivotably coupled to one end of the transverse support. A leg extending below the debris hopper and disposed proximate the door, with the second end of the lift arm pivotably coupled to one end of the leg opposite of the debris hopper. A first fluid actuator extending between the transverse support and the lift arm, and a second fluid actuator extending between the lift arm and the leg.

VEHICLE HAVING MULTIFUNCTIONAL TAILGATE
A vehicle includes a vehicle body, a door and a handle assembly. A door is coupled to the vehicle body and is pivotable about a horizontal axis between a closed position and a horizontal open position. The door is also pivotable about a vertical axis between the closed position and a vertical open position. The handle assembly includes a housing, a first release switch and a second release switch. The housing extends at least partially into a cavity of the door and includes a lower wall and an upper wall that cooperate to define a pocket. The first release switch is disposed along the upper wall of the housing and is configured to be actuated to pivot the door about the horizontal axis. The second release switch is disposed along the lower wall of the housing and is configured to be actuated to pivot the door about the vertical axis.
