Haul truck dump body front wall support

A support structure arrangement for a front wall of a dump body comprises a first vertical support structure and a second vertical support structure. The first and second vertical support structures can be elongate structural members spaced in a width direction from each other. Bottom portions of the first and second vertical support structures can form down-facing contact surfaces.

Container carrier and dumping pallet

A pallet for supporting a container includes a base, plurality of supports secured with the base, first platform rotatably supported on the base, and second platform pivotably coupled to the first platform and adapted to support the container. At least one pallet linkage arrangement couples the second platform and the first platform, and at least one pallet actuator pivots the second platform between container transport and dump positions. A carrier includes a prime mover, trailer, plurality of ground engaging members, at least one carrier actuator adapted to move at least a portion of the trailer between lowered and raised support positions relative to at least a portion of the plurality of ground engaging members. At least a portion of the trailer is sized to be received between the plurality of supports secured with the base of the pallet.

A hoist structure for a body of a truck can be comprised of a hoist plate arrangement extending in a first direction and configured to be rotatably coupled to a hoist member of the truck; and a plurality of external gussets spaced from each other in the first direction and extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. Each of the external gussets can interface with the hoist plate arrangement, and a portion of each of the external gussets can extend in the second direction from a first side of the hoist structure arrangement.

TRUCK BOX

The disclosure relates to a haul truck body arranged to have a specific nominal payload capacity. The haul truck body includes an outer load carrying structure which has a front wall, two opposing side walls, and a bottom. The haul truck body further includes an inner load carrying structure arranged at inner surfaces of the outer load carrying structure, wherein neither the outer load carrying structure nor the inner load carrying structure alone is arranged to carry said specific nominal payload.

Tilting truck bed and dump truck

A tilting truck bed includes a bed body configured to load materials, lifting supports, shock absorber supports and a shock-absorbing pad assembly. The bed body includes a first bottom plate, a front plate, a tail plate, a left side plate, and a right side plate that are welded to upper edges of the first bottom plate. The lifting supports are symmetrically mounted on the tail plate and hinged to the frame to realize the tipping of the bed body. The shock absorber supports are symmetrically mounted on both sides of the front part of the first bottom plate, wherein the shock absorber support includes a shock absorber support main body and a gap adjusting device.
