EXTENDABLE LIFT ARM ASSEMBLY FOR A FRONT END LOADING REFUSE VEHICLE
A front end loading refuse vehicle includes a chassis, a body coupled to the chassis, and a lift arm assembly. The lift arm assembly includes a pair of lift arms and a pair of actuators. Each of the pair of lift arms includes (a) a first arm portion having (i) a first end pivotally coupled to a side of the body and (ii) an opposing second end having a protrusion extending therefrom and (b) a second arm portion having (i) a first end that slidably receives the protrusion of the first arm portion and (ii) an opposing second end configured to interface with an implement. Each of the actuators is positioned externally relative to a respective one of the pair of lift arms and extends between the opposing second end of the first arm portion and the first end of the second arm portion.

OPERATIONAL MODES FOR A REFUSE VEHICLE
A refuse vehicle has a chassis supporting a plurality of wheels, as well as a motor. A vehicle body is also supported by the chassis and defines a receptacle for storing refuse. A lifting system is configured to engage and lift waste containers to transfer refuse within waste containers into the receptacle using a hydraulic system. The refuse vehicle also has a processing unit in communication with the lifting system and the motor. The processing unit is configured to access and execute a plurality of preset operational modes stored within a memory to adjust performance parameters of the hydraulic system. The operational modes include at least two different operational modes corresponding to different refuse types.

Low profile compact tool carriers
Compact tool carriers having a loader mounted to a low-profile mainframe are disclosed. In some embodiments, the pivot points of the mainframe about which the loader is pivoted are low relative to the mainframe to reduce the mainframe size and to lower the center of gravity to improve the stability of the compact tool carrier during use.
DETECTION SYSTEM FOR FRONT OF A VEHICLE
The present invention is a detection system for the front of a vehicle with front lift arms for lifting and lowering a bin where one or more sensors are used to detect the presence of an object or person and control means to receive and process sensor input to control the operation of the lifting arms. When the presence of the object or person is detected, the movement of the lifting arms are stopped and or an alarm is sounded.

Bale wagon clamp mechanism
A grasping mechanism for an agricultural bale wagon has a fixed grasping arm and a movable grasping arm. The movable grasping arm is translatable toward and away from the fixed grasping arm. The movable grasping arm can be rotated to define varying angular relationships between the fixed grasping arm and the movable grasping arm. Rotation and translation of the movable grasping arm are effected by an actuator. A resilient bumper between the fixed grasping arm and movable grasping arm is adjustable automatically to span the adjusted width between the fixed grasping arm and movable grasping arm.
Extendable lift arm assembly for a front end loading refuse vehicle
A lift assembly includes a first lift arm including a first arm portion and a second arm portion, a second lift arm including a third arm portion and a fourth arm portion, a first actuator positioned to facilitate repositioning the second arm portion of the first lift arm relative to the first arm portion of the first lift arm, a second actuator positioned to facilitate repositioning the fourth arm portion of the second lift arm relative to the third arm portion of the second lift arm, and one or more pivot actuators positioned to facilitate pivoting the lift assembly between a stowed position and a working position. The first actuator is configured to reposition the second arm portion relative to the first arm portion and the second actuator is configured to reposition the fourth arm portion relative to the third arm portion when the one or more pivot actuators pivot the lift assembly between the stowed position and the working position.
