Support arm for a load bunk of a vehicle
A support arm for a loading bunk of a transport vehicle, having a horizontal and a vertical section, each section comprising an inner and outer segment, which are telescopically connected to each other so that the length of the vertical and horizontal sections is variable. Each section further comprising an inner hydraulic actuator with at least one hydraulic pressure chamber, connected to the segments of the horizontal and vertical sections so that movement of the hydraulic actuators changes the lengths of the vertical and horizontal sections respectively. The vertical section being fixedly connected to the horizontal section on one end of the inner or outer segment.
Grapple control system
A system and method for controlling a grapple is described in embodiments herein. A variable pressure control may be implemented that controls the pressure applied to a load held by the grapple. An interlock mechanism may be employed on the felling grapple that disables the operation of components of the felling grapple such as a feller. A grapple release mechanism may be activated to release the pressure applied to the load in the event of a malfunction in the felling grapple.

Detector arrangement in connection with a mobile work machine
The invention relates to a detector arrangement and method for determining a mutual position or a mutual state of motion of at least two structural parts of a mobile work machine. The arrangement comprises detectors configurable to determine at least in one direction of measurement at least two different measured variables in order to determine at least structural-part-specific position or state of motion information for each direction of measurement. The arrangement further comprises a data processing means for receiving measurement signals describing measured variables as well as for determining a mutual position or state of motion of the structural parts on the basis of the structural-part-specific position or state of motion information.
TRANSPORT PLATFORM
A transport platform for loading, conveying, and storing elongated loads which are cut to length, in particular round wood, includes a support structure with a base assembly which is made of longitudinal and transverse supports. A base-side corner fitting is provided on each of the four corner regions of the base assembly, and the transport platform can be locked on a semi-trailer contour, for example of a semitrailer of a truck or another transportation device, by the corner fitting. The base assembly additionally has a vertical support on each of the four corner regions. The vertical support terminates with an upper corner fitting, to which an additional transport platform stacked thereon can be locked or into which a container stacker for loading the transport platform engages.
LOG HANDLER
The present invention relates to a log handler having a wheel loader base unit on which is located a working equipment which is movable relative to the base unit and which comprises a tool, in particular a wood grabbing device, wherein the log handler comprises first means which are configured to determine the payload, and the log handler comprises second means which are configured to determine, based on the payload determined by the first means and based on geometry data of the log handler, a parameter which is representative of the stability of the log handler.

Felling grapple for removing energized vegetation material
An insulating felling grapple is used with an insulating utility vehicle. The utility worker stands on the ground near the worksite and remotely controls the insulating felling grapple and the utility vehicle to perform the task. In addition to other standard trimming and removal tasks, the insulating felling grapple is adapted to allow for the removal of energized vegetation material. In one method, the utility worker grasps the energized vegetation material, lifts or moves the energized vegetation material such that it is no longer energized, severs the non-energized vegetation material, and moves the severed vegetation material to a discard location. A boom assembly of the utility vehicle includes a primary insulation segment. The felling grapple includes a secondary insulation segment, as well as a grapple and a feller. The grapple has at least two tines for gripping the energized material. The feller is configured to sever the energized or nonenergized material.
