Crank assembly for a tarpaulin retraction and extension device
A crank assembly for operating a tarpaulin manipulator used for extending and retracting a tarpaulin respectively across and from a top aperture of a vehicle container. The crank assembly includes a crank and a crank assembly shaft for transmitting rotations of the crank to the tarpaulin manipulator through a transmission assembly. The crank can be moved between a mounted configuration in which the crank protrudes axially from the crank assembly shaft and a stowed configuration in which the crank is folded over the crank assembly shaft.
Resilient cover clip
A resilient clip can be used for covers for equipment. The resilient clip has a portion that can be inserted into a channel on the equipment, a portion that can be attached to a cover, and a portion that can be used to remove the clip from the channel.

BIAS REGULATED ROLLING TRUCK BED COVER
A tonneau system comprising: (a) a plurality of tonneau sections; (b) a retraction system including: (i) a drive roller; (ii) a pulley spaced apart from the drive roller; (iii) a track extending from a location proximate to the drive roller to a location proximate to the pulley; and (iv) a line connected to the drive roller and one or more of the plurality of tonneau sections; wherein the line extends between the one or more of the plurality of tonneau sections and the driver roller when the plurality of tonneau sections are in the closed position, and the line extends from the one or more of the plurality of tonneau sections around the pulley and to the drive roller when the plurality of tonneau sections are in the stored position.

Tarpaulin including a replaceable section
A tarpaulin (10) including two sections (20 and 22) linked to each other through a junction section (24). The tarpaulin (10) includes a fibrous body (30, 32 and 33) and a polymer layer (34, 36 and 37) covering or embedding at least part of the fibrous body (30, 32 and 33). The polymer layer (34, 36 and 37) is reinforced in the junction section (24) so that the latter can be cut and to remove one of the two sections (20 and 22) and to attach a replacement tarpaulin (38) to a the remaining one of the two sections (20 and 22) while protecting the fibers of the fibrous body (30, 32 and 33).
TARPING SYSTEM FOR CARGO LOAD
A tarping system and method for covering at least a portion of a cargo load carried on a cargo carrying surface of a bed of a truck or trailer are provided. The tarping system includes at least one flexible tarp extending from a mounted end to a free end. At least one reel is coupled to the mounted end and is operative to automatically urge the tarp to a self-stowed positon, coiled onto a spool of the reel, under a return force imparted by the reel. A mounting structure is configured to support the at least one reel and the associated tarp in an upstanding relation relative to the cargo carrying surface to enable a user, while standing on the ground, to draw the tarp from the stowed position to a deployed position to cover at least a portion of a side of the cargo load.

Tonneau cover lift
A tonneau cover lift; the tonneau cover lift includes a height-adjustable, lightweight tonneau cover assembly including a cover member and a rectangular frame supported by four telescoping, hydraulic support posts including a first-telescopic-leg, a second-telescopic-leg, a third-telescopic-leg, and a fourth-telescopic-leg. The cover member is sized and configured to cover a bed of a truck and may be remotely controlled using a remote activation unit. The tonneau cover lift expands a protected cargo capacity of a truck.
