The pair of electrical terminals are configured to mechanically secure the lighting assembly to a pair of corresponding electrical terminals mounted on a panel. The pair of electrical terminals are further configured to electrically connect the light emitting electrical device to third and fourth conductive circuit traces disposed on a surface of the panel.

Automotive safety brake light

The automotive safety brake light is a supplemental optical signaling system that generates an illumination visible from the exterior of a vehicle. The automotive safety brake light mounts on a rearview mirror such that the field of illumination of the generated illumination is visible from the anterior side of the exterior of the vehicle. The automotive safety brake light generates the visible illumination when a brake signal from the vehicle indicates that the plurality of brake lights have been activated. The automotive safety brake light comprises a circuit housing and a control circuit. The circuit housing contains the control circuit. The control circuit monitors the brake signal. The control circuit initially generates the illumination as a series of pulses when initially actuated by the brake signal. The control circuit subsequently continuously generates a continuous illumination until the brake signal indicates that the plurality of brake lights are no longer illuminated.

VEHICLE LAMP WITH ROTATING LIGHT SOURCE

A vehicle lamp with a rotating light source may include a signal receiver which receives a signal from one or more sensors provided in a vehicle; a light emitting diode (LED) portion having one or more LED elements configured to emit light toward an outside of the vehicle; a controller connected to the one or more LED elements and configured to control a light generation amount of the one or more LED elements; a signal transmitter which is connected to the signal receiver, receives the signal from the signal receiver and transmits the received signal to the controller; and a driver coupled to the LED portion and configured to rotate the LED portion, wherein the controller controls the light generation amount of the one or more LED elements in a response to the signal.

Vehicle lamp

A vehicle lamp includes: a lamp body having a front opening; a front cover attached to the lamp body to cover the front opening and configured to form a lamp chamber with the lamp body; a lamp unit including at least one light emitting element mounting portion having a heat dissipation portion, and disposed in the lamp chamber; an air blower configured to generate, in the lamp chamber, an air circulation flow including a cooling flow sent in a forward direction toward the heat dissipation portion and an intake flow returning to the rear, and an air blower support member configured to support the air blower so as to dispose the air blower behind the lamp unit in the lamp chamber, and to form an intake space through which the intake flow passes below the cooling flow.

Universal brake light control mechanism

A brake light pulser, particularly for center high middle stop lamps, that senses the voltage and current requirements for various types of light-emitting devices (LEDs, LED arrays, incandescent lamps, etc.) and adjusts the supplied current and voltage to the particular type of light-emitting device to which it is connected. A microprocessor with a flash-based architecture is used to process the sensed current and amperage into signals to control a constant current/constant voltage controller to provide correctly configured power to a MOSFET. The MOSFET is controlled by the microprocessor, which stores pulse command sequences programmed in directly over a CAN bus or remotely via a serial data link from a built-in RF transceiver. The pulsed configured power output of the MOSFET is supplied to a brake light.
