Compaction Machine
A ROPS (protective structure) (15) is obtained by coupling upper ends of a pair of leg portions (15a) with a coupling portion (15b) and forming an arc-shaped curved portion (15c) between each of the leg portions (15a) and the coupling portion (15b), and is arranged so as to straddle vehicle bodies (4 and 5) and fixed. A working light (17) is fixed to the left curved portion (15c) via a mounting bracket (19), and a rotary light (18) is detachably mounted by fixing a mounting bracket (20). A protect region (E) formed into an approximately triangular shape is formed by the curved portion (15c) of the ROPS (15), a lateral restriction line (L1) in which a left-side surface corresponding to a maximum width of the vehicle bodies (4 and 5) is extended upward and an upper restriction line (L2) in which a maximum height of the ROPS (15) is extended laterally. The working light (17) and the mounting brackets (19 and 20) are arranged in the protect region (E), thereby preventing an outward protrusion.
Flexible lighting system with conductive adhesive backing for mounting on a grounded surface of a vehicle
Embodiments disclose systems and methods associated with flexible lights. More particularly, embodiments relate to flexible lights with a conductive adhesive backing layer and a durable rubber layer, wherein LEDs are embedded into the durable rubber layer.
Lighting element
A lighting element (310) for a vehicle includes a circuit board (327) including at least one illuminator (326) thereon, a housing (311) having an optical element (312) with opposing axial ends (313) and in register with the at least one illuminator (326) on the circuit board (327), and a heat sink (322) positioned between the circuit board (327) and the heat sink (322).
AUTOMOTIVE WARNING STROBE ASSEMBLY
An automotive warning strobe assembly for alerting an observer that a vehicle is reversing includes a housing that is coupled to a rear deck of a vehicle. In this way the housing is visible to an observer behind the vehicle. A plurality of strobe lights is each coupled to the housing for emitting light outwardly from the housing. Each of the strobe lights is electrically coupled to a reverse gear circuit of the vehicle. Thus, each of the strobe lights is turned on when the reverse gear circuit is actuated. In this way the observer behind the vehicle is alerted that the vehicle is reversing.
School bus child safety system, components, and methods of making and using same
Disclosed herein is school bus safety device comprising a rigid arm configured to move outwardly from a school bus in order to block vehicular traffic, and to be stored along the side, rear, front, bottom or top of the school bus when not in use, and a recording device mounted proximate or on the arm and being configured to record a position and/or movement of a nearby vehicle. A school bus including the device, and corresponding methods, also are disclosed.
Stop Sign and Crossing Arm Assemblies for School Buses, Stop Signs for Stop Sign Assemblies, and Attachment System for Connecting Stop Signs to Stop Signs Assemblies
An assembly includes a common parts sub-assembly, an actuator, a physical appendage, and a mounting bracket. The common parts sub-assembly includes a rotor bracket and a housing. The actuator is connected to the rotor bracket to cause the rotor bracket to rotate during, actuator actuation. The actuator and the rotor bracket connected thereto are housed within the housing. The mounting bracket connects the physical appendage to the, rotor bracket whereby the physical appendage moves between stowed and deployed positions during actuator actuation. The actuator is either an electric motor actuator or a pneumatic actuator that are substitutable with one another to assemble the assembly without modification to the common parts sub-assembly or the physical appendage. The physical appendage may be either a stop sign or a crossing guard arm that are substitutable with one another to assemble the assembly without modification to the common parts sub-assembly or the actuator.
Hybrid laser/LED modular light source with enhanced directional illumination
An improved vehicle light apparatus including an auxiliary light having a housing defining a front opening extending in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction. A light emitting device is mounted in the housing. A transparent cover is mounted over the front opening. A rib extends rearwardly from the housing opposite the front opening and a plurality of fins are mounted on the rib.
VEHICLE LIGHT ASSEMBLY
A vehicle light assembly includes a fixed structure, at least one light and an image projector. The fixed structure is configured to be assembled to a vehicle body component of a vehicle. The at least one light is fixed to the fixed structure and is configured to illuminate a first external area that is in the vicinity of the vehicle. The image projector is fixed to the fixed structure and is configured to project an image onto a second external area that is in the vicinity of the first external area.
Trailer marker system
A trailer marker system including side markers and a round marker is disclosed herein. The side markers are to extend along the side of a trailer or trailer vehicle. The side markers are elongated lights, while the round marker is a circular shaped light. The side markers and round marker illuminate the surroundings of a trailer vehicle for increased safety. Importantly, each of the side markers and rear marker include lights that face down towards the roadway. This results in road markings being illuminated as to allow a driver of the trailer vehicles to safely remain on the road. Additionally, the downward facing lights found in the side markers and the rear marker help to eliminate blind spots. Blind spots when making a turn or reversing the trailer are eliminated as they are illuminated in order to allow the driver to be safer when operating the trailer vehicle.
LIGHTING FIXTURE COMPRISING MAGNETIC BASE CONNECTED TO LIGHTING ELEMENT
It is described herein a lighting fixture. The lighting fixture may comprise a base, a lighting element, an attachment mechanism, and an optional spacer. In embodiments where the spacer is not present, the base may comprise a base recess within a top surface of the base for routing of an electrical communication connection of the lighting element. In embodiments where the spacer is present, the spacer may comprise a spacer recess within a top surface of the spacer for routing of the electrical communication connection. The base, the lighting element, and the optional spacer may be connected to one another by the attachment mechanism. Also described herein is a lighting fixture kit comprising a base, a lighting element, an attachment mechanism, and optionally a spacer.
