There is disclosed a telescopic mast including one or more telescopic members with parallel walls. One of two adjacent telescoping sections is narrower than the other of the two adjacent telescoping sections such that a telescoping section can be moved into and out of, respectively, of a surrounding telescoping section in a telescopic member. This surrounding telescoping section can be moved into and out of a further telescoping section in a further telescopic member. In the one telescoping section in a telescopic member there is provided a guide rail running in axial direction of the telescoping section. Between each of two adjacent telescoping sections in a telescopic member there is provided at least one spacer means arranged for keeping the telescoping sections apart and controlling their mutual movement. This means includes a mounting fitting fastened to the second telescoping section in a telescopic member and a flexible sleeve mounted in the mounting fitting. In the flexible sleeve is fitted a slide shoe that includes a pin for engaging the flexible sleeve, and a groove arranged for engaging the guide rail.

A mirror assembly for vehicle is disclosed. The mirror assembly includes three configurations of extra illumination to the passenger loading area in addition to the typical mirror function for providing the vehicle driver the rear and/or side view of the vehicle. In some embodiments, the mirror assembly comprises two clam shells, and/or a lighting pod and/or two mirror heads that are supported by a supporting arm. In some embodiments, the mirror assembly is mounted on the school bus through the clam shells. In addition, a side lighting device is mounted on the right side of the vehicle for providing extra illumination to the passenger loading area.

The attachment and removal tool may be constructed and arranged to engage with the channel defined by the body portion, such that safety strobe lights may be attached to and removed from surfaces and objects (such as a boom truck arm).

A vehicle access indicator (VAI) that allows a parked vehicle to display a placard showing a message and/or symbol indicating that the parked vehicle transports persons with limited mobility or a large object such as a wheelchair or infant car seat. The VAI comprises an elongated member with the placard at a distal end and securing means. The securing means allow the VAI to be removably or permanently attached to and extend outward from a side of a parked vehicle thereby indicating that minimal extra space is required between the parked vehicle and any other vehicle that parks next to the parked vehicle. Positioning means allow the elongated member and placard to extend perpendicularly straight outward from the side of a vehicle, raised upward or downward, or side-to-side from 0 to 90 degrees.

In one example, a boat loader includes a primary tube extending between a first end and a second end and a light tube that can move within the primary tube. The light tube can include light elements extending along a portion of the light tube at a first end and a float attached to the light tube at a second end. The primary tube can be coupled to a trailer at the second end and the first end of the light tube can extend outward from the first end of the primary tube exposing the light elements as the primary tube is submerged in water and can retract into the primary tube as the primary tube is removed from the water.

A control is disposed on the elongated shaft, wherein the control selectively toggles the light assembly between an activated state and a deactivated state. In some embodiments, a wireless controller is disposed within the elongated shaft and operably connects the light assembly with a remote electronic device, wherein the remote electronic device selectively toggles the light assembly between an activated state and a deactivated state.
