A mobile exercise apparatus includes a plurality of modular exercise components. The plurality of modular exercise components include a platform, a modular stair portion including a plurality of stairs, and a modular slide portion including a slide. The modular stair portion and the modular slide portion are removably coupled to the platform. The mobile exercise apparatus may include a mobile support unit that supports the plurality of modular exercise components, the mobile support unit may be coupled to a vehicle to transport the plurality of modular exercise components.

A weightlifting assembly includes a wall mount bracket configured for mounting to a wall surface and a weightlifting rack assembly connected to the wall mount bracket. The weightlifting rack assembly may have various configurations, including a foldable weight rack assembly, a pull-up bar, a fixed weightlifting rack, a wall-mount weightlifting rack, or various other configurations. The wall mount bracket may be elongated along a lateral width thereof and may have a first mounting region and a second mounting region spaced from each other along the lateral width of the wall mount bracket. The wall mount bracket may also include a central panel that is spaced from the wall surface to provide clearance for fasteners for connection to the weightlifting rack assembly, and in some embodiments, the weightlifting rack assembly may be connected to multiple wall mount panels.

Portable modular training systems are described herein. In one aspect, a system includes a system container including a container front, a container rear, a container first side, a container second side, a container bottom, and a container top, an exercise structure including: at least one platform connector including: a mounting plate coupled to the system container; a first member coupled to the mounting plate and extending away from the mounting plate at a downward angle relative to the mounting plate; a second member coupled to the first member and the mounting plate and extending away from the mounting plate at an upward angle relative to the mounting plate; and a support arm coupled to the first member and the second member and extending perpendicularly away from the mounting plate; where the exercise structure is wholly supported by the system container when the exercise structure is securely associated system container.

A portable training system enables the deployment of customizable training equipment. The system has an inclined surface over which users move to provide and increased work out. Each tube includes a wall, where the wall is the body of the tube, a first end and a second end, where the second end is opposite the first end. Each tube also includes four holes near the first end of tube and four holes near the second end of the tube. The tube construction set also includes a set of connectors. A mechanical apparatus for human balance training includes a cross bar whose center is attached to a pivotable protrusion extending from a leg having a base. The apparatus also includes a slidable sheath surrounding a portion of the leg proximate to the pivotable protrusion. The slidable sheath has a plurality of allowed positions relative to the leg, each position limiting tilt of the cross bar to a respective angular range. In some embodiments, each allowed position limits tilt of the cross bar by controlling an extent by which the pivotable protrusion extends out from the sheath. In some embodiments, the sheath is threaded relative to the leg and the allowed positions are a continuous range adjusted by twisting the sheath relative to the leg. In some embodiments, the allowed positions are predefined locking positions. Each locking position limits tilt of the cross bar to a respective predefined angular range.
