FOREARM FITNESS EQUIPMENT
The present invention relates to forearm fitness equipment having a first handlebar and a second handlebar which are arranged in a longitudinal direction. The first handlebar includes a twist guide part and a first spiral inclined surface formed on an end surface of one side of the twist guide part. The second handle bar includes a second spiral inclined surface on an end surface, which comes into contact with the first spiral inclined surface. The first and second spiral inclined surfaces extend spirally respective in an opposite rotational direction to each other. A spring is configured to provide an elastic force in a direction in which the first spiral inclined surface and the second spiral inclined surface come into contact with each other.
FITNESS SLIDER
A fitness slider is provided that is capable of holding a weight plate during use, to be manipulated by one or more extremities using the weight plate as the engagement surface for the user's hand or foot. Another fitness slider is configured to mate with different sizes of weight plates. Yet another fitness slider is provided that includes a handle on top of the weight plate as the engagement surface.
Exercise device
An exercise device having a unique asymmetrical shape with rounded ends of differing radii to provide stability and added resistance.
TONING GARMENT WITH MODULAR RESISTANCE UNIT DOCKING PLATFORMS
Disclosed is a technical training garment configured for use with modular, interchangeable electronics and resistance modules. The garment provides resistance to movement throughout an angular range of motion and tracks biomechanical parameters such as stride length, stride rate, angular velocity and incremental power expended by the wearer. The garment may be low profile, and worn by a wearer as a primary garment or beneath or over conventional clothing. Alternatively, the device may be worn as a supplemental training tool during conventional training protocols.
Functional core training device for the muscular and myofascial systems in the body
A muscle strengthening system is provided having a functional core endurance training device and a pair of rolling blocks for supporting the functional core endurance training device. Each rolling block in the pair of rolling blocks includes an elongated opening for receiving a wheel of the functional core endurance training device. Additionally, each rolling block in the pair of rolling blocks includes a pair of rollers, a stabilizer and a bumper guard for grounding the surface of the wheels of the functional core endurance training device allowing the wheels to spin with increased intensity. Optionally, an individual may utilize a stationary foot pedestal or a wheeled foot pedestal that provides for both the strengthening of the muscles of the individual while simultaneously stimulating an endurance building effect on the muscular and fascial systems of the body, all of which is achieved with minimal to no impact/pounding on the joints.
Weight sled apparatus and method
A flexible weight sled includes a main body member made from a flexible material, such as a nylon webbing, canvas, or the like. The main body member includes a weight strap that is used to attach one or more weights to the main body member in a removable manner. A upper body pulling strap is attached to the front portion of the main body member, and in a preferred embodiment, the upper body pulling strap includes a pair of handles on a distal end thereof. The weight sled may be folded or rolled up for purposes of storage and/or transport.
Exercise apparatus
A new side plank exercise device is in the shape of a spherical cap or a cone. The side plank exercise device includes a front end that is circular or oval. The side plank exercise device also includes a rear end tapered from the front end. The rear end is a spherical cap. The front end has a flat or a cavitary surface. The front end also includes two recesses for receiving a left shoe and a right shoe. The two recesses are two inches deep and also uneven in depth. Each recess further incorporates a grip at its bottom. The grip includes protruding lines or spherical caps. The device further includes an edge at the front end that extends outwardly from the front end. The edge includes an attachment point with a crossbar and an attachment cavity receiving the crossbar.

Rehabilitation aid
A rehabilitation therapy aid (FIG. 4), for use in aiding a patient to regain and improve movement and control in a limb, comprises a moveable structure (51) having engagement means (53) whereby the structure can be moved by the limb of a patient (72) requiring therapy and separate engagement means (52) whereby the structure can be moved in the same direction by a therapist (71) or by the patient's stronger limb. A movement detector (56) is arranged so that the movement of the structure (51) can be tracked by the patient and/or by the therapist.
