Fidget sleeve
An elongate hollow tube having two or more fidgets molded onto or attached to an outside surface of said tube is described. The tube can be slipped over a smooth elongated base object, such as a pencil or similar object, to provide manipulatives for students.
Exercise device and sporting equipment with said device
Exercise device for a sporting device, including at least a fixed structure and a movable element and optionally a mass hanging from the movable element, wherein: a) the fixed structure, extending at least partially longitudinally along an axis X, is connectable by way of an end portion to a portion of a rod of the sporting device, this structure including at least one limit stop positioned at the free end or between the free end and the movable element, and b) a movable element connectable to the fixed structure and adapted to carry out at least a sliding translation movement with respect to the fixed structure along the axis X.
Core exercise device
An exercise device includes a body engagement portion and a ground engagement portion. The body engagement portion is capable of supporting a user. The body engagement portion includes a base surface capable of supporting the user in a standard plank position. The ground engagement portion includes an arched contact surface that allows the user to rotate between a first side plank position, the standard plank position, and a second side plank position relative to a support surface while the arched contact surface remains in contact with the support surface and the body engagement portion supports the user.
EXERCISE DEVICE AND METHODS
Disclosed is an exercise device having a platform and a roller. The platform has a surface sized and shaped to support a body part of a user and a pair of handles. The roller is coupled to the platform and configured to rotate relative to the platform. The platform is configured to translate in a first direction when the roller rotates in a first direction of rotation and translate in a second direction when the roller rotates in a second direction of rotation.
Two-way reciprocating structure
A two-way reciprocating structure includes a body, a rotational axis assembly, a flexible element and a reciprocating member. The rotational axis assembly is disposed on the body. The flexible element has a first flexible end and a second flexible end, the first flexible end is connected to the rotational axis assembly. The rotational axis assembly is rotated by a force along a rotating direction to wind the flexible element around the rotational axis assembly, and the rotating direction is a clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction. The reciprocating member has a first reciprocating end and a second reciprocating end. The first reciprocating end is disposed on the body, and the second reciprocating end is connected to the second flexible end and is simultaneously displaced with the second flexible end, wherein the rotational axis assembly is restored via a restoring fore relative to the force provided by the reciprocating member.
BALANCE TRAINING METHOD USING WEARABLE DEVICE AND THE WEARABLE DEVICE
A balance training method using a wearable device, and the wearable device are disclosed. The balance training method using the wearable device configured to provide a walking assist function includes executing a balance training mode of the wearable device and supplying an irregular pattern torque to an actuator of the wearable device at a time point or in a time period in the balance training mode.
Retractable hand exerciser
An exercise device includes a housing and one or more receptacles for receipt of a jointed body part, positioned to the outside of the housing, wherein each of the receptacles is biased toward the housing and independently repositionable away from the housing against a substantially constant bias force at all positions relative to the housing. In the disclosed finger exercising embodiment the housing includes a base defining a front surface for engagement with the fingers during retraction of the finger receptacles and an inner surface over which the cords pass toward the finger receptacles. A joint isolation element, such as a flexible band, is positioned at the front surface of the base, whereby the user keeps one or more fingers engaged with the housing while one or more other fingers can be extended against resistance.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF TREATING PROPRIOCEPTIVE DYSFUNCTION AND VESTIBULAR DISORDERS
The systems, methods, apparatuses, and articles disclosed herein provide a new approach to treatment symptoms, such as proprioceptive dysfunction and vestibular disorders, which may be caused by certain types of human ailments. According to the present disclosure, a wearable article may include one or more limb sections and a resilient member may be provided along a length of each of the one or more limb sections and configured to generate a resistance force. Adjustments to the resistance force provided by the resilient member(s) may be adjusted using cord locks. As a user wearing the wearable article moves, the resistance force is applied to the user's limbs. Strain gauges may be provided to measure the resistance force(s), which enables verification that the resilient members are sized and configured to provide an appropriate amount of resistance force to a user and may improve programs and regimens designed to treat such ailments.
Exercise Assemblies and Method for Utilizing the Same
An assembly is disclosed. The assembly is movably-disposed upon an underlying support surface. The assembly includes a body having an upper surface and a lower surface. The body defines a pair of front axle-receiving openings and a pair of rear axle-receiving openings. A front axle member extends through the pair of front axle-receiving openings. A rear axle member extends through the pair of rear axle-receiving openings. A first front wheel is connected to a first end of the front axle member. A second front wheel is connected to a second end of the front axle member. A first rear wheel is connected to a first end of the rear axle member. A second rear wheel is connected to a second end of the rear axle member. The upper surface of the body is pitched at an angle with respect to the underlying support surface. An exercise system is also disclosed. A method is also disclosed.
Exercising apparatus
An exercise apparatus that includes a shoe, a flexible elongated member and a motor assembly. The flexible elongated member is attached to the shoe at one position of a plurality of positions. The motor assembly is disposed between the shoe and the elongated member. The motor assembly is configured to cause the elongated member to oscillate.
