Light module fastening assembly having a snap wedge assembly with ball stud and insert
A vehicle headlight assembly includes a plurality of snap wedge assemblies with at least one of the snap wedge assemblies including a ball stud configured for engagement with a light module and an insert coupled with the ball stud, the insert including a plurality of wedges and a plurality of snap fingers. The assembly further includes a plurality of carrier receptacles for matingly receiving and securing the snap wedge assemblies.
HIGH EXTRACTION FORCE BALL SOCKET
A ball socket for connection with a ball stud resists accidental pull-out of the ball stud. The ball socket achieves relatively low insertion force but relatively high pull-out force resistance.
Dimming mechanism, vehicle lamp module, vehicle lamp, and vehicle
A dimming mechanism, comprising a fixed ball head connecting piece having one end connected to a lighting unit and another end connected to a support frame or lamp body; a first adjustable ball head connecting piece having one end connected to the lighting unit such that the lighting unit rotates to achieve dimming in a first direction; and a second adjustable ball head connecting piece having one end slidingly connected to a sliding slot provided on the lighting unit so that by means of the front and back motion of the second adjustable ball head connecting piece, the sliding slot is driven to rotate, and the lighting unit is, by means of the rotation of the sliding slot, driven to rotate so as to achieve dimming in a second direction. Further disclosed are a vehicle lamp module comprising a dimming mechanism, a vehicle lamp, and a vehicle.
LIGHTING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLES
A lighting apparatus for vehicles with a housing containing a main lighting module for creating a specified main lighting function and an auxiliary lighting module for creating an auxiliary lighting function. The auxiliary lighting module can be brought into an aligned adjustment position using at an adjusting device. The auxiliary lighting module can be brought into the adjustment position relative to the main lighting module using an adjusting device. Situated in the adjustment position is a cut-off line of the auxiliary lighting module relative to a cut-off line of the main lighting module. The auxiliary lighting module and the main lighting module are fastened to a common carrier member, which is mounted such that it can be swiveled relative to the housing.
LAMP DEVICE FOR VEHICLE AND LIGHTING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
An adjustment mechanism configured to adjust a reference position of an optical axis of a projection lens of a lens unit has a reference axis perpendicular to the optical axis and disposed in a plane which intersects with a focal point of the projection lens. The lens unit moves in an extension direction of the reference axis in accordance with rotation of a second screw. An acting point of a force to move the lens unit is disposed in a plane formed by the optical axis and the reference axis.
Lighting device, mobile object, and support
A lighting device for use with a mobile object includes a lamp having a through-hole, a lamp mount for fixing a lamp to a vehicle body, and a support that is shaft shaped and supports the lamp in a predetermined attitude relative to the lamp mount. The lamp mount has an insertion hole through which the support is to be inserted. The support includes, at the leading end side in the axial direction, a male threaded section to be inserted in the through-hole and, at the trailing end side in the axial direction, a trunk section having approximately the same diameter as the diameter of the insertion hole. The trunk section includes a communication portion that communicatively connects the leading end side and the trailing end side of the trunk section.
High extraction force ball socket
A ball socket for connection with a ball stud resists accidental pull-out of the ball stud. The ball socket achieves relatively low insertion force but relatively high pull-out force resistance.
HEADLIGHT FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A headlight for a motor vehicle having a first light module, which is received in a first support frame, and at least one second light module, which is received in a second support frame. A headlight range adjustment device has an adjustment element, which extends between the headlight range adjustment device and the first support frame in an adjustment axis. The adjustment element has a ball head, which is accommodated by a ball head receptacle on the first support frame. A joint piece with a ball socket is arranged on the first support frame, wherein in the ball socket, a ball head of a coupling element is received. An arrangement of the joint piece is formed on a first support frame, and the adjustment axis of the adjustment element runs in its extension through the ball head of the coupling element.
Device for adjusting high and low beam shape of automotive headlamp
A device for adjusting high and low beam shape of automotive headlamp comprising a fixed bracket, an adjusted assembly and an up/down and left/right adjusting mechanism. The low beam unit is disposed on the fixed bracket and the high beam unit is disposed on the adjusted assembly. The cylindrical inner hole disposed on the fixed bracket is fitted with the fixed ball head disposed on the adjusted assembly, whereas the elastic waist hole slot disposed on the fixed bracket is fitted with the adjusting bar disposed on the adjusted assembly.
