Connector
A connector includes a connector housing including: a plurality of insertion holes; a plurality of connection terminals inserted into some of the plurality of insertion holes and configured to be electrically connected to a first set of a plurality of tab terminals of a sensor unit; and a joint terminal accommodated inside the connector housing. The joint terminal includes at least one grounding terminal part electrically connected to at least one of a second set of the plurality of tab terminals and a joint connection part electrically connected to a ground connection terminal, which is one of the plurality of connection terminals.
REARVIEW DEVICE WITH MOVEABLE HEAD ASSEMBLY
A rear view device for a motor vehicle includes a base assembly for arrangement on the motor vehicle, a moveable head assembly attached to the base assembly, and an actuation mechanism, the actuation mechanism including a fixed part attached to the base assembly and a moveable part attached to the head assembly, where the actuation mechanism allows movement of the moveable part with respect to the fixed part in one or more axes.
AUTONOMOUS DRIVING APPARATUS
An autonomous driving apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may include a drive unit configured to provide a driving function, a body unit coupled at an upper side of the drive unit, a lidar device coupled to the drive unit, a lidar device groove having an opening portion formed in the irradiation direction of the lidar device, and a mirror module coupled inside the lidar device groove in the irradiation direction of the lidar device.
INTERIOR REARVIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY WITH FULL MIRROR VIDEO DISPLAY
A vehicular interior rearview mirror assembly includes a mirror head pivotally adjustable about a mirror support. The mirror head includes a mirror reflective element having a transflective mirror reflector. A video display device is disposed rearward of the mirror reflective element. A touch sensor is disposed at the mirror reflective element and is associated with circuitry at a flexible printed circuit of the video display device. The video display device is operable to display video images captured by a rearward viewing camera of the vehicle. Light emitted by the video display device passes through the transflective mirror reflector for viewing of displayed video images by the driver of the vehicle viewing the mirror reflective element. The mirror reflective element, at the reflective region of the transflective mirror reflector, reflects at least 40 percent of visible light incident at the front side of the mirror reflective element.
Vehicle Controlling Side Mirror When Performing Automatic Parking and Operation Method of the Same
A vehicle includes a sensor device configured to collect data on regions around the vehicle, and an automatic parking controller configured to generate a folding signal or an unfolding signal for a side mirror based on the data collected by the sensor device and a state of the side mirror when performing automatic parking.
VEHICLE SIDE MIRROR WITH VIDEO DISPLAY AND AUTOMATIC CAMERA SYSTEM
An automatic side mirror camera system for a vehicle where the camera system eliminates blind spots. The vehicle side mirror has a built-in video display portion, enabling drivers to see both the mirror and the camera display at the same time. A camera is housed inside the side mirror housing, and turns on automatically when the turn signal is turned on by the driver. The automatic side mirror camera system may also be connected to a backup camera, and automatically display the view from the backup camera whenever the vehicle is in reverse. The automatic side mirror camera system may also be connected to one or more proximity sensors located on the vehicle so that the camera display turns on automatically if one of the proximity sensors is triggered.
Rearview device with moveable head assembly and vehicle therewith
In accordance with the teachings described herein, a rearview device for a vehicle is provided that includes a moveable head assembly; a base assembly to be fixed to the vehicle; an actuator assembly; and a cradle configured to attach the actuator assembly to the moveable head assembly and/or the base assembly and a vehicle with such a rearview device.
DEVICE FOR DISPLAYING LATERAL REAR IMAGES OF VEHICLE AND METHOD THEREFOR
A device for displaying lateral rear images of a vehicle using a room mirror for a vehicle, includes: a smart room mirror 10 equipped with a camera sensor 11 for recognizing a driver's gesture and a motion sensor 12 for recognizing a driver's 3D gesture; camera modules 310, 410 for capturing vehicle lateral rear images, installed in left and right side-view mirrors 30, 40 of a vehicle 20; and a central processing device 60 for controlling to store, compare and analyze image information from the camera modules 310, 410 installed in the left and right side-view mirrors 30, 40, respectively, and image information from the camera sensor 11 and the motion sensor 12 of the smart room mirror 10, the central processing device 60 controlling to access a black box 50 and a communication module 51 and receive images stored in the black box 50.
DISPLAY MIRROR ASSEMBLY
A mirror assembly for a vehicle including a housing. An electro-optic assembly is located in the housing, the electro-optic assembly includes a partially reflective, partially transmissive front substrate. The front substrate defines a first surface and a second surface. A rear substrate defines a third surface and a fourth surface. An electro-optic medium is disposed between the front substrate and the rear substrate. A display module is located in the housing and a camera unit is located outside the housing and includes a camera. The camera is configured to capture an image. An electronic control unit (“ECU”) is located in the housing and is configured to send instructions to the camera to capture the image and to generate information about the image on the display module. A flexible conductor is at least partially located in the housing and electrically coupled between the ECU and the camera.
Rotatable outside mirror with imager assembly
An exterior mirror assembly for a vehicle includes an arm having a proximal end coupled with a vehicle door and a distal end. A mirror assembly is coupled to the arm. The mirror assembly includes an electro-optic element. The mirror assembly is rotatable about the distal end between first and second positions. An imager is disposed proximate to the distal end and configured to capture image data within a blind spot zone of said vehicle
