FOLDABLE BARRIER SYSTEM FOR A FLATBED VEHICLE
A foldable barrier system; the foldable barrier system includes a three-sided foldable containment assembly defined by a first-section, a second-section, and a third-section hingedly connected in a respective series. The three-sided foldable containment assembly is configured to be mounted to a perimeter of a flatbed section of a vehicle and define an inner volume to contain items stored within the inner volume upon the flatbed section of the vehicle. The second-section is in alignment with a rear portion of the flatbed section, the first-section is in alignment with a right-side of the flatbed section, and the third-section is in alignment with a left-side of the flatbed section.
Modular payload bed wall extension system
A modular payload bed wall extension system includes a pickup truck having a pickup bed and a perimeter wall including an upper edge with four corners, a tailgate, a first side wall, a second side wall and a back wall. Each of the first and second side walls has a side wall mount secured thereto. Each of the corners has a corner mount positioned thereon. A plurality of slats is provided and includes lateral slats and end slats. At least two lateral slats extend between the corner mounts on the first lateral wall. At least two lateral slats extend between the corner mounts on the second lateral wall. At least two end slats extend between the corner mounts on the back wall. A plurality of fasteners extends through the corner mounts and corresponding slats.
VEHICLE TRENCH COVERS
A rear seat gap closure panel for a vehicle is presented. The rear seat gap closure panel has a first panel with top and bottom edges. The bottom edges are attached to a leaf spring and a second panel with a top and bottom edge also attached to a leaf spring. The first and second panels with the first and second leaf springs are positioned end-to-end and connected with a single elongated leaf spring pin passing through both the first and second leaf springs, allowing the first and second panels to fold separately about the connected first and second leaf springs. The rear seat gap closure panel also has a plurality of fastening brackets attached to the leaf springs, where the fastening brackets are constructed to permanently mount the seat gap closure panel in the vehicle closing gaps between rear seats when the rear seats are folded.
Extensible truck bed platform
The extensible truck bed platform comprises a liner and a sliding bed for a pickup truck. The sliding bed may slide rearward on rails when the truck's tailgate is down to ease the task of loading and unlocking the truck bed. The liner fits into and couples to the cargo bed of the pickup truck. The liner covers the floor, side walls, and front wall of the bed. The sliding bed slidably couples to the liner via rail guides located on the liner and rails located on the sliding bed. The placement and spacing of the guide and rails in combination with overhangs on both the guides and rails prevent the sliding bed from moving in vertically or laterally relative to the liner but allows forward and backward movement of the sliding bed.
SPACECRAFT WITH INCREASED CARGO CAPACITIES, AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Spacecraft with increased cargo capacities, and associated systems and methods are disclosed, A representative spacecraft system includes a launch vehicle elongated along a launch vehicle axis and having at least one stage carrying a corresponding rocket engine. The representative system further includes an annular support structure carried by the at least one stage and positioned to support a cargo spacecraft having a service module and a cargo module. The cargo module of the cargo spacecraft is positioned along the launch vehicle axis in a direction distal from the support structure, and at least a portion of the service module of the cargo spacecraft positioned within an annulus of the support structure
PICKUP TRUCK BASEMENT BOX
A drawer assembly is provided for mounting beneath the bed of a truck and between the truck frame rails. The assembly includes a housing with an extendable and retractable drawer. The drawer may be mounted to the rear bumper of the truck so that the drawer and bumper move together between open and closed positions. Alternatively, the rear bumper, or portion thereof, may be moved out of the way of the drawer, which can then be opened and closed. The drawer can be opened manually, or alternatively, by remote control. The drawer assembly is hidden from view when closed and provides easy access for small objects when opened.
Bumper protection device
The present disclosure relates to a bumper protection device and a motor vehicle including the same. A method of use is also disclosed. An example bumper protection device includes, among other things, a protective strip moveable between a retracted position and an extended position, a spring biasing the protective strip to the extended position, and a closure arranged such that movement of the closure to a closed position urges the protective strip to the retracted position, and such that movement of the closure to an open position permits movement of the protective strip to the extended position.
Sports bar assembly for a truck
A sports bar in a truck is provided. The sports bar may comprise a base including a first member and a second member coupled to the first member via a pivot bracket, and a hoop pivotally connected to the pivot bracket to be rotatable between an open position and a closed position. A top of the hoop is adjacent to a cabin of the truck at the closed position and the top of the hoop is at a rear of a truck bed at the open position.
Cargo loading and unloading system in a vehicle
The present invention is a cargo loading and unloading system for a vehicle that facilitates easy loading and unloading of cargos by a simple, compact, flexible and long-lasting structure. Cargo loading and unloading system for a vehicle includes a mat, at least one front longitudinal member, at least one rear longitudinal member and at least one cross member. Mat is disposed on a surface of cargo storage area. Longitudinal members are disposed longitudinally on mat. Cross members are disposed transverse to longitudinal members on mat such that longitudinal members and cross members form a frame. The rear and front longitudinal members are in connection with mat and slides-in and slides-out mat on surface such that when slid out, cargo being loaded and unloaded and when slid in, cargo is transported.
Pickup truck basement box
A drawer assembly is provided for mounting beneath the bed of a truck and between the truck frame rails. The assembly includes a housing with an extendable and retractable drawer. The drawer is mounted to the rear bumper of the truck. The drawer can be opened manually, or alternatively, by remote control. The drawer assembly is hidden from view when closed and provides easy access for small objects when opened.
